Role Description
Data scientist with a design and strategy team. Client and internal facing. Working in a English with an international team - with colleagues in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, India, Barcelona and Mexico City.
O2O Data Platform Selection and Management
* Data-collection technology review (online marketing, internet, retail POS, CCTV, and biometric)
* Open database search and evaluation (Kaggle, etc)
* Database setup and management (Tableau)
Data Tracking, Modelling
* Defining and building databases (SQL, Pandas, or other)
* Creating machine learning algorithms, e.g LDa, Linear Regression (Matlab)
* Client database cleaning and normalisation
Visualisation, Live Dashboards, and Insights Reporting
* Creating compelling static and interactive reports for clients and internal use (focus on actionable results)
* Data visualisation using market-leading tools or working with Media Design colleagues
* Tableau and Algorithmia 2D/3D/Animated plots
* Live dashboard design
Market Understanding
* Finding and sharing best-in-class data tools, applications, insights

Skills Required

* At least undergraduate degree in a numerate subject
* At least 1 years working or project experience in data analytics (retail POS/social media/bio-metrics/factory automation data, image libraries) in an international office
* Proficiency in Tableau, SPSS, Social Report, Google Analytics (Firebase and original), Matlab or similar, (Optional: Python Pandas/MatPlotLib API)
* English (IELTS 6.5 or equivalent TOEIC 820/ EIKEN Grade 1 )
* Second language (Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, Spanish)
