I do not think it is harmful, maybe uncomfortable, but it is unnatural. It is supposed to come out, and not be held in. If you’re having a wet dream, you’re probably not emptying the excess stuff out when it needs to be let out, so it has to come out somehow. your body makes millions of sperm, and the old sperm have to be replaced by the new. The old has to go somewhere, and that is OUT. It is natural and normal; what is not natural is holding it in on some bizarre idea (some people have) that they are “babies” and you must save them. they are not babies. Their existence isn’t very long, before they are no good for reproduction, and must come out one way or another. the body can’t reabsorb a lot of it, so it goes out where it’s supposed to.
