New additions to @LazyStickers will undergo a more strict quality control going forward.

Content quality can vary depending on the genre the packs fall under.

Guidelines listed here are regarding full pack submissions and do not relate to showcasing a sticker from a pack that is liked by an admin.

Content is split into 2 major categories, with their respective subcategories we accept inside.
Content which we're "Strict" with as well as content we're "Lenient" with.

The first order of business, if you didn't put effort into your pack, it won't get added to the channel. It's easy to tell which packs are bad, and which are good. Don't even think of messaging us with a sticker pack for strict content that you used the magic wand tool for just to get content out before someone else. You will be reported for spam.

Secondly, the stickers you submit have to be sourced by yourself, and not ripped from someone else's sticker packs. Line and Lenient packs have certain levels of exclusion applied.

Avoid making a pack someone else in this channel has already made, or is making if you want it to be posted here. If you feel like you could do a better job, bring it up to an admin and we can take it from there. We'd rather have authors on this channel improve themselves than have someone else try to one-up them. Point out the mistakes and have them addressed to rather have 1 good pack instead of an ok pack and a maybe better pack.

No visual artifacts

We don't want to see spots around your files.

Example of a file with an abundance of artifacts which is obvious.

Example of a file with artifacts that are less obvious, but still visible. Pay attention to the hairline and hands.
https://t.me/addstickers/AnimeNShit
Example of a file without visible artifacting. This is the ideal file.

Good quality files

Files should have minimal levels of compression

Example of a file with high compression, artifacts aside. The lines all look like they are faded and has banding occuring often.

Clean cuts

The edges around your file need to be clean. Don't try to hide a bad cut by applying a stroke. Stickers in this category must be cut, no backgrounds allowed.

Example of a stroke being used to hide a bad cut. Too many jagged edges.

Usability

Stickers should have a reason to be used, if you don't see a scenario where a sticker can be useful then it serves no purpose in a sticker pack.

Example of a file with no usability. There is no purpose in this file being a sticker as it serves no purpose in a conversation other than the art piece itself. Artwork showcases will not be accepted.

Variety

This is more of a recommendation than a requirement that is factored into acceptance criteria. Various characters or expressions should be used rather than an entire pack looking like it's a response for a very limited amount of scenarios. Themed packs depending on the type can be excluded from this recommendation.

Example of a file that could have been only 1 sticker. The emotion portrayed is too identical, and there is no scenario which one would take preference being used over the other.
https://t.me/addstickers/Umaruuu
Example of a file that has the same reaction / emotion, but the characters are unique, so it plays a factor in user preference rather than just being the same.
https://t.me/addstickers/yuruy
Example of a file that has a similar emotion, however they would each be used in their own context rather than the same.
https://t.me/addstickers/GoldfishAna

Size

Packs should have at least 40 stickers in them. Exceptions can be made depending on the content availability.

Example of a pack that's too small.
https://t.me/addstickers/dkzdesu

Respect the source

Files in your pack should remain true to the source material. There is nothing wrong with making alterations to a file, but make sure that they are an improvement over the original if you do.

Example File below that was stretched and makes the file less pleasing to look at.

Credit your sources where possible

This is a recommendation and not a requirement.

If your stickers are from a single source like an artist or an anime, be sure to either mention it in the pack name or have a sticker which links back to the original artist.

Asking permissions from artists before using their work is preferred, but if you didn't please be sure to link back to their page.

For instances of having multiple different sources in a single pack, it's not really possible to source where you got the content from, but sourcing what you're able to is appreciated.

No watermarks

Adding a watermark on all of your stickers is frowned upon. Having one or two stickers that link back to a channel is perfectly fine though. If you're the original artist of a pack then please make sure the watermark is not intrusive.

Adding watermarks on each sticker is normally a rejection unless it's your own art.
If you insist on having a watermark, make sure it's well hidden and doesn't obstruct the sticker.
Stickerpack example is from a deleted pack.
Example of a watermark that isn't intrusive.

A Sticker at the end of a pack is good enough.

Line ports

You're better off using the LINE Stickers channel for LINE stickers.
Stickers on LINE are smaller than telegram stickers and need to be upscaled to fit the 512px file size. It's most common for ports from line to be bad, as people don't know how upscaling algorithms work. Consider looking into waifu2x if you plan to create your own ports of LINE stickers.

Example bad port. Blurry and compressed

Example good port. Clean lines, proper upscaling algorithm used, no blur.

Themed packs that don't fall into the Strict category

Just because we're more lenient on the requirements for these packs doesn't mean your packs are automatically accepted for posting.

These are reviewed on a case-by-case basis depending on the admin curating your pack. If one thinks your stickers are shit, don't go bugging another admin, as we all discuss submission requests internally anyways. Most of the rules under strict might not be relevant to these packs, but they might still play a factor depending on your pack content.

You're more likely to get a lenient pack accepted if you have already published a different pack under the stricter categories.

This is not a request channel. Do not harass users who have their packs listed here to make a sticker pack for you. You will be reported. Pack authors choose what they want to work on, and when they feel like working on it.

Packs listed in this channel are not up for grabs to be placed in your WhatsApp sticker application. If you really wish to use packs listed in this channel, contact an author directly.

If you feel like your packs meet the conditions listed, feel free to contact ONE admin listed in the channel description. If there is no response in 24 hours, you can try your luck with someone else.

Please don't harass admins with your packs, we have our own lives to deal with, and will respond when available.

If you're offended easily, you might want to ask a different channel about having your content posted. If your pack needs work, we'll give constructive criticism. If we deem that there is no hope for you, then we'll likely make fun of you.

If you're a tough cookie and your pack made the cut, you might get invited to the creator group chat if your personality fits the current group culture.
