Steps:

- Copy twrp folder in your phone or put in usb otg

- Run the FlashA14Recovery_Alltricks.bat with phone in fastboot mode (assuming adb and fastboot drivers working)

- After phone boots into recovery, go to reboot and select slot A if Slot B selected by default. Select slot B if Slot A selected by default

- Go to Install, Install img and select img from twrp folder

- Select install recovery ramdisk 

- Go to reboot and select recovery to boot into recovery or select system to boot into rom

- If already rooted, you need to flash magisk again
