A woman who was caught having sex in a tent with her stepson by her husband and then mothered his child has pleaded guilty to incest.
The stepmum, aged in her 30s, was married to the then-18-year-old boy's father when the pair were caught in a tent while on a camping trip with the father the Victorian County Court heard, according to The Geelong Advertiser.
She had been reportedly married to the father for five years and had known the boy since he had been in primary school.
The woman had denied she had slept with her stepson but later confided in a friend, prosecutor Justin Lewis told the court.
She is now believed to be in a relationship with her stepson with his child despite the teenager previously signing a statutory declaration that the relationship was over.
DNA testing of the placenta of her child displays 'strong support' her stepson is the father, according to the news report.

The woman's husband, who she has since divorced, reported the matter to police and she was charged with incest. Charges against the boy have since been dropped, according to the news report.
Judge David Parsons told the gallery that 'what I apply is the law, this is not a court of morals', following impassioned victim impact statements from the boy's father and biological mother.
The woman's defence team reportedly stated she had no prior criminal history and that an adjourned undertaking would be an appropriate sentence.
The matter has been adjourned until June 2 for a Forensicare report.
