I ordered both the 1.8 Medium and the 2.0 Large one because no matter which guide I used to measure off of I wasn't sure which one would fit. These are steel and non flexible. I discovered rather quickly that if I was going to use just one, and use it properly around the penis and testicles to the pelvic wall, the 2.0 is the only one that would work. The 2.0 took some shoehorning with some lube to get this thing on properly (and I had to go testicles first, one at a time and then push/pull the penis through). The 2.0 does not slide completely to the pelvic wall because of my girth, but it fits semi snug where it is. From what I have read, this is a good fit. As far as the 1.8 I have found a use for it when applicable. With the 2.0 on properly, I can slide the 1.8 down the shaft to create more blood restriction. As other posters have stated, make sure you get the right size, especially with steel. The reason I purchased this is because I was tired of buying the rubber ones that stretch out in a week. I wanted something I could wear comfortably all day if desired (the 2.0 as it turns out). The only thing I do not like about this ring is that it can move slightly on occasion which can lead to discomfort (a pinch, for example, if it moves a certain unpredictable way and you sit in a certain way; in other words, it is completely random and uncommon). I think this is because the ring is steel. However, if this were rubber ring, the ring would just snap under these conditions. There are pros and cons to everything. Over all, these are good rings which I would recommend.
This large 2" ring is thick heavy and beautiful. I picked up both large and medium rings not knowing which one would fit better but the large is perfect and comfortable to wear. The medium is good for just a ball weight if you like to stretch or have that tugging sensation.
I can honestly say that this product wasn't what I was hoping it was going to be. That being said, what it is, is pretty damn good. The 1.75" variant is incredibly tight around the base, covering both the scrotum and the shaft, to the point where your cock and balls will probably go purple, so size according to how tight you like it. It's too large to fit around the shaft itself, and a decent size to hang on just the scrotum with a nice weight to it, if that's your cup of tea. The stainless steel is more than sturdy, with no degradation from what I can see. Solid steel, and great size.
Wonderful cock ring. I had to do a little polishing on it from some nicks in the outer ring. Smooth and sexy. The 2 inch fits well and I have only had it slip off once. Be careful wearing it with jeans or other pants as you can get a pinch your scrotum and can make you yelp a little. Maybe for summer I will get a medium to wear in the sweat of the summer heat. Overall, love it, nice heft and looks great.
When I first went to order this ring I thought it might either fit nicely or be a little big for me. Took it out of the bubble shipping package and wow does it have nice weight to it. Immediately put it on and it fits like a glove...Not too tight and not too loose. Keeps me completely hard, doesn't pinch me anywhere like some others tend to do, doesn't feel uncomfortable at all. So here I am sitting at the end of this review still rock hard. Would purchase again if something happens to this one.
Hefty, well-machined, and sized just right to be effective but not so tight as to be uncomfortable. My wife loves the look, I love the feel, and both of us love what it does for us. The material is easy to clean, doesn't stain, and hasn't rusted in the time that I've had it (about a year now). I highly recommend this brand, and this product!
This is best ring I have ever warned. I haven't worn it for years since I ordered it off of Amazon. His most comfortable, smooth, quite heavy but perfect in weight, and overall the best! I suggest this 4 guys at plan on wearing one for hours!

High quality, best price, but be careful of sizing
I got a medium (1.75"inside diameter). Beautifully made, very heavy, best price on Amazon. I managed to get it on ... once. It was very comfortable to wear, even for a long period, but I wondered if I would ever get it off. So I ordered a large (2" inside diameter) -- it goes on/off easily, so I could really use a between size for perfect fit, but I'm still happy with the purchase. What to do with the medium then? I found I could wear it as well, but put on after the large, just around my sack. Felt wonderful with the weight of two of these. Wife loves my new jewelry ... the way it looks, and the effect it has on both of us.

High quality, wonderfully heavy, but be careful of sizing.
I bought this when the medium turned out to be a bit small -- difficult to put on, and extremely difficult to take off (see my review of the medium elsewhere). If you normally use a 1.75" in narrower rings, you'll likely have to go bigger due to the wider band on these. I really could use a between size for perfect fit. This particular ring was not quite as well finished as the medium (sample variation, I expect), but still well made and I'm very happy with it.

the chrome started to peel off after a few use only - nice but not nice - was expecting something of a better quality
I really love the way this feels. I am constantly reminded of it's presence with the substantial weight on my privates. Feels great and when naked, the swinging motion is a great enhancer.
