State of Anarchy - Modding System Update

With the upcoming update, State of Anarchy (SoA) will change how barrel attachments function.
ABOUT
State of Anarchy is a semi-realistic first-person survival game on the Roblox platform.
Created by Dev Dudes, the game is in its early stages of proof of concept (pre-alpha), with no estimated time of release for the alpha stage. Its main developers are:
Elyeuss, TactBacon, DeadZoneZeus, SimplyRekt, Vohex, SimonOwO, Foggierleak, Vippy, The_Frame and Midknightmare.
FIREARMS MODDING IN GAMES
Most first-person shooter (fps) games tend to make their weapon modding system as simple as possible and without much learning curve for players. That was the case for several years, until games like Escape From Tarkov started pushing the weapon modding system on fps games to a new level of realism.
Players started loving the realism that came with modding their weapons, most of who were tired of seeing fps games implementing real life weapons with arcade style modding systems. Those games are fun for a while, however, firearms enthusiasts most likely will not be sticking around for a long time without complaining about said modding system.
Currently, State of Anarchy implements its weapon modding system with some basis in real life. However with the new update, Elyeuss has made the barrel modding system reflect its real life counter parts even more. There's three main takeaways from this update, (1) the game will have a modding system that correctly reflects real life firearms modding, (2) new players will learn the nuances of firearms modding, and (3) firearm enthusiasts will enjoy the realistic approach.
JUST THE TIP
Barrel modifications usually consist of muzzle brakes, flash suppressors, and compensators. These terms are used interchangeably by regular people and often times get more confusing than it needs to be.
Muzzle brakes, are designed to reduce the vertical recoil by directing the gasses forward.
Flash Suppressors, or flash hiders, reduce the visible flash seen by the shooter (usually in conjunction with night vision).
Compensators vent the gasses upward in order to reduce the barrel rise, allowing shooters to follow up shots more quickly.
Extra: Hybrids, some devices offer a combination of all previous three.
Most importantly is that all of these devices share one thing in common, they go at the end of a firearm barrel and are threaded to certain specifications. This is the part where most fps games tend to not put effort into and go with the arcade logic.
DON'T THREAD ON ME
There's two main measuring unit standards when it comes to barrel threads, Metric and Imperial (which we'll call US).

• US threads are measured as Threads Per Inch (TPI)
* amount of threads in a measured inch
Example:

1/2x28
1/2 = Outside (Major) Diameter
28 = Threads Per Inch

• Metric threads are measured as Thread Pitch (TP)
* distance between thread peaks in mm
Example:

M14x1 LH
M = Metric
14 = Outside (Major) Diameter
1 = Thread Pitch
LH = Left-Hand

FOR THE NOVICE
There is no need to learn or memorize all the thread pitches as the game gives you visualization as to what barrel attachment goes on your firearm (see image below).
The extra depth in barrel attachments is for more experienced players whilst new players learn about firearms as they play the game.
