This recipe is easily modified with anything you may have on hand. I had an Oreo pre made crust on hand and added toasted coconut on top! Delicious

Tastes like a vanilla milkshake, whatever that means to you

This was so simple and our guests absolutely loved it. We ground up chocolate graham crackers for the crust and reserved extra for sprinkling it over the top then added thin sliced strawberries on top.

Made this yesterday and really enjoyed it. I used an 8x8 Pyrex dish instead of a pie plate, so we just spooned some up rather than serving a wedge. Worked well. The only drawback is waiting for it to freeze!

This was super fast and simple to make on a hot day, so didn't have to turn on the oven. Since it is strawberry season, I folded about a cup of strawberry jam into the whipped mixture, along with about a cup and a half of sliced berries. It was the bomb!

Q: I'm dairy intolerant. Could this be made with Coconut Condensed Milk?
A: Hi Jan, While we haven't tried that, I think it will work just beautifully. Happy baking! Laurie@KA
Q: Hi KAB Team - I would like to substitute shortbread cookies for the crust. Would you suggest keeping the same measuring as the graham crackers, as well as for the butter and sugar?
A: Hi Cheryl! Yes, any type of cookie crumb will work with the same proportions. Thanks so much for contacting us with your recipe question! Happy Baking! DavidB@KA
Q: If the sweetened condensed milk was caramelized, would it still work in this recipe?
A: Hi Diane! You could try that for a kind of Dulce de Leche Ice cream Pie. Sounds great! Please don't hesitate to call our Baker's Hotline for tips on using our products and recipes at 855-371-2253 . Happy Baking! DavidB@KA
Q: How much orange marmalade do I add, and do I use orange extract instead of vanilla? Thank you.
A: Hi Jini! Orange marmalade would be a great addition to this recipe. We would recommend you start by swirling in 1-2 tablespoons of marmalade and taste it. You can always add more if you want a stronger flavor. The extract you add would depend on the flavor profile you want. If you add vanilla extract, it will taste more like a creamsicle. If you add orange extract, it will bring that orange flavor through more intensely. Go ahead and experiment and let us know what you think! Karen@KA
Q: Can I substitute Cool Whip instead of the whipped cream?
A: Hi Rose! It's not something we've tried before so it would be an experiment. If you decide to give it a go, we'd recommend folding the sweetened condensed milk, salt, and vanilla and your chosen mix-ins (if using) into the cool whip before putting it in the crust. Happy baking! Morgan@KA

For those days when you canโ€™t be bothered to turn on an oven (or even spend much time in the kitchen), this pie is the answer. Based on a simple, foolproof method for making no-churn ice cream, all it requires is beating together heavy cream and a can of sweetened condensed milk, then scraping into a graham cracker crust and freezing until firm. When it comes to such an easy pie, the hardest part might just be the waiting until itโ€™s ready to eat.
To makeย the crust: In a medium-sized mixing bowl, mix the crumbs, sugar, and butter until thoroughly combined.ย
Using your fingers, press the mixture into the bottom of a lightly greased 9" springform pan or 9" pie pan. Chill
