After Teen Titans go their separate ways, Beast Boy and Starfire are still living together in the Tower.
The tall, beautiful Tamaranean woman sighed as she was watching the sunset.
It has been 4 years since Teen Titans disbanded. Nobody could see it coming, but it happened. Robin had to come back to Gotham City to replace Bruce Wayne, who was killed by Darkseid. Cyborg joined Justice League and Raven had to go to help Dr. Fate deal with Equinox. While it was not tragic and they still would hang out from time to time, it was still sad for 20 years old Starfire that Teen Titans went their separate ways. At least she still had Beast Boy (who was now 18 years old) to keep her company. He had nothing else to go, just like her so they decided to live together in the Tower. Not that they minded it. They shared a strong bond and they knew they could trust each other and help each other when troubles arose.
When the red haired, green eyed with orange skin woman heard his voice, she turned around and saw a green haired, green eyed man with green skin walking towards her with a cheerful smile. He was slender and tall (he was not just as tall as her) wearing his usual black and purple jumpsuit with silved gloves, belt and shoes, just like she wore purple top (which showed her flat and toned stomach), miniskirt and purple shoes alongside with silved armbands, gauntlets and piece of armor on her neck. Beast Boy sat next to her and put his hands on his knees.
-Nothing usual, Beast Boy-she gave him a warm smile-just watching the sunset before shower. -May I watch with you? -Sure, why not?
They spent the next 15 minutes saying nothing, just watching the sun hide beneath the horizon and enjoying the scenery. Eventually, they came back to Tower. As they entered the main room, Kory looked at Gar and, before she knew what she was doing, she grabbed his arm, pulled him closer and hugged him tightly.
-Wait Star, what aaa....-Beast Boy shouted in shock as his teammate rubbed her cheek against his own.
As they broke the hug, Starfire awkwardly scratched her head. - I am sorry, Beast Boy. I just wanted to thank you. -Thank me? Why? -For staying with me when Robin, Raven and Cyborg left. I am glad that at least I can count on you. He raised his eyebrow, but quickly raised his thumb. -No problem Kory. We are friends, after all. We have known each other, grew up together, fought bad guys together and even lived in the same building for 5 years after all. You can always count on me.
He then blushed. -Star, would you like to watch movie with me? -Sure.
Later, at evening, Beast Boy and Starfire were watching Dark Knight Rises. After one hour, Beast Boy gasped and put his head on Star's shoulder. She licked her lip, at first caught by syprise, but did not push him away. Instead, she wrapped her arms around him and pulled him closer so that their bodies were now pressed gently against each other.
As the movie ended and Beast Boy fell asleep, Starfire looked at him, closed her eyes and kissed his forehead.
