StarOS Without PC flash Guide

Requirements:

•Phone On OneUI 8 October 2025 Security Patch

•Secondary Device

•OTG (or just the Type C to C Cable provided in box)

•Eros Flash Tool

•Termux & Termux-API

•TWRP: M35 | A35

•Working Brain

Guide:

1. Power Off your phone, Press and Hold Volume Up and Down and connect phone to second device (using OTG or Type C to C Cable) while pressing.

2. Open Eros Flash Tool on Second Device and Select the TWRP tar file in AP Slot.

3. YOU HAVE TO BE FAST HERE!

Start Flashing and as soon as phone screen goes black press and hold Power and Volume up button until you see Samsung Logo.

4. Once booted into Recovery go to Reboot --> Fastboot

5. Extract my Rom zip.

6. Open Termux and run

termux-setup-storage

And Allow storage permission on pop up

7. Then run

curl -s https://raw.githubusercontent.com/offici5l/termux-adb-fastboot/main/install | bash

And wait for the progress to finish.

8. After it's done use cd to go to the extracted rom folder

For Example if it's extracted in Download Folder:

cd /sdcard/Download/StarOS-Stable/

9. Run

fastboot devices

And click OK on the pop up.

10. Run

bash Fastboot_Flasher.sh

Flashing will start.

11. Once Flashing is done, Reboot to Recovery

12. Once booted into Recovery go to Wipe --> Format Data --> Type "yes" and continue

13. Reboot To System and Enjoy!
