Star Citizen Patch 3.9.0i
star_citizenAlpha Patch 3.9.0i has been released to Evocati, and is now available to test! Patch should now show: VERSION 3.9.0-PTU.4945334.
It is strongly recommended that players delete their USER folder for the Public client after patching, particularly if you start encountering any odd character graphical issues or crash on loading. The USER folder can be found (in default installations) at C:\Program Files\Roberts Space Industries\StarCitizen\PTU.

Note: This patch does not contain all of the intended features, which will be added iteratively to the notes as they become available. Additionally, some features may be implemented in a partial state and as such are not ready for testing. When those features reach a playable state they will be detailed on the notes and added to the "Testing Focus". Escort mission AI ships will occasionally stop moving.
Friend invites won't appear in the player notifications in the front end.
Its possible to get the contact notification window stuck behind the main menu.
Question marks can remain over targets after targeting.
NPCs are standing on couches and chairs.
Warning UI messages don't display if the ship is in mining/extraction mode.
Players can set a direct route to any location, skipping the points in between and resulting in an "out of range" warning appearing sometimes.
Being in a large party causes markers to not display correctly while inside a ship.
The elevator from Centermass to the ArcCorp building can not be called at Area18.
Players may spawn into the ship bed sideways on the Reclaimer.
Players are unable to purchase multiple food items using the mobiGlas.
Some guards at Lorville will appear hunched and erratic.
After a ship is destroyed, the debris will vanish too quickly.
Players lose oxygen in multiple points around the Carrack.
The character customizer will occasionally become unresponsive.

Bug Fixes
Missions should be once again available to wanted level 5 players.
Oxygen timer on the prison suit should now update correctly.
The front landing gear on the Retaliator should no longer clip into the pad.
Moons around Microtech that have outposts should now correctly show on the Starmap and have quantum markers.
Fixed external winds happening inside the underground facility.
Fixed missing text on the PU Space Port selection page for New Babbage.
Players should no longer be able to purchase a ship while using the ladder which would cause them to get stuck.
Claimjumper missions should now have the correct locations when viewing the mission briefing text.
Attachment hologram on weapon should no longer get stuck on when right clicking while using the customization UI.
Switching undersuits while wearing Armor should no longer cause the player to drop their Pistol and any Equipped Utility Items.
Fixed an issue that could cause ships to fall through the hangar floors when spawned at Area18.
Volatile cargo warning indicator light in the Argo Mole should now correctly function.
Text for Ship functions, such as open/close doors and landing gear up/down, should now correctly change if you press its hotkey whilst the PIT wheel is active.
Players should no longer return to the game invisible after leaving prison.
Outposts around microTech and moons should appear available for quantum travel.
