Alpha Patch 3.6.2 has been released to Evocati and is now available! Patch should now show: PTU-2556289.

 It is strongly recommended that players delete their USER folder for the Public client after patching, particularly if you start encountering any odd character graphical issues or crash on loading. The USER folder can be found (in default installations) at C:\Program Files\Roberts Space Industries\StarCitizen\PTU.

 Database Persistence Wipe: YES

 The current build is under NDA.

 Please monitor etf-megchat in spectrum for updates and testing instructions.

 USER.cfg settings:

r_displaySessionInfo = 1

 The new setting will display a QR code that we can use to track down server information when looking at your bug reports and videos. Then can be disabled by setting it to "0".

 

Testing Focus

890 Jump: The entire focus of this patch is the 890. There are a limited number of pads available to spawn a ship of the 890s size and it will be a slightly unusual situation to have everyone on a server attempting to spawn such as large ship at once, as such we expect there will be bottlenecks. If there are issues getting to the bridge in time to take off, please let us know as we suspect this may be an issue. Please be sure to crew up as much as possible.


Known Issues

The 890j is missing some of its exterior LODs.

The battlebridge currently lacks pilot remote control.

THe door and the lift in the cargo room are moving faster than intended.

Feature Updates

Universe

Slightly reworked ship and pad sizes at the largest end. The Reclaimer and 890j can only be spawned at large ports that can accommodate ships of that size. For now, those ports are Lorville and Area18
