Alpha Patch 3.4.0f has been released to the PTU, and is now available to test! Patch should now show: PTU-1020593.

Note: This patch does not contain all of the intended features, which will be added iteratively to the notes as they become available. Additionally, some features may be implemented in a partial state and as such are not ready for testing. When those features reach a playable state they will be detailed on the notes and added to the "Testing Focus".


Testing Focus

   New Ships: Freelancer variants, 600i Touring

   Lorville Central Business District

   Hurston mission variants (delivery missions, scramble races)


Major Known Issues:

   All downed satellite missions, given by Darneely, fail to update at the retrieve component step.

   Kills are not recording properly, causing most kill related missions to fail.

   ESP is currently not functioning.

Ships and Vehicles

   Added visual deployment states and animations for fracturing vs extracting modes on the Prospector.


Feature Updates

Universe

   Improved missile management for AI piloted ships.

   Further art and improvements to CBD, Constatine Hurston, and general Lorville.

   Further art and improvements to mission giver Klim and his area of Levski.

   Various updates and bug fixes to derelict ships.


UI

   Removed unused and unneeded port information from the shopping kiosk.

   Updated quantum travel makers with distance scaling.


Arena Commander

   After successfully renting a ship the selection now shifts to that ship.


Ships and Vehicles

   Added landing gear compression to the MISC Reliant.

   Moved interaction nodes on the Reliant to fit with interior changes.

   Balance pass on the Joker Distortion Cannon and Behring Ballistic Repeater.

   Further art and animation passes on the Behring Ballistic Repeater..

   Updated loadouts for Freelancer variants.


Bug Fixes

   The Freelancer MIS missile rack should no longer be transferrable to other ships.

   Fixed hammerhead turrets occasionally shooting through or clipping into the parent ship.

   Adjusted no-fly zone visual so it should no longer clip into hangars.

   Fix for invisible collision in some of the undergroudn facilities.

   Fix for character creator lighting.

   The admin clerk's idle animation should no longer be dramatic enough to cause the player to select the wrong interaction.

   Corrected the fuel tank increase accidentally applied to the Freelancer MIS instead of the DUR.

   Players should no longer be able to lose their box if they immediately place it back in the delivery locker.

   The player should no longer be placed underground after ship cleanup at Lorville.

   "Set Route" should once again function properly on the Starmap.

   There should no longer be replaceme balls inside Teach's Ship Shop.

   While searching for a player the FPS combat AI should no longer stop frequently and hitch.


Technical

   Fixed a client crash.

   Fixed a client crash loading into the PU.

   Fixed 3 server crashes.
