Star Citizen Patch 3.3.0e
star_citizenAlpha Patch 3.3.0e has been released to the PTU, and is now available to test! Patch should now show: PTU- 943950.
It is strongly recommended that players delete their USER folder for the Public client after patching, particularly if you start encountering any odd character graphical issues or crash on loading. The USER folder can be found (in default installations) at C:\Program Files\Roberts Space Industries\StarCitizenPTU\LIVE.
Please monitor Evocati spectrum for updates and testing instructions.

Note: This patch does not contain all of the intended features, which will be added iteratively to the notes as they become available. Additionally, some features may be implemented in a partial state and as such are not ready for testing. When those features reach a playable state they will be detailed on the notes and added to the "Testing Focus".

Manned turrets.

Major Known Issues:
Players may lost the ability to quantum travel when setting destinations or getting interdicted.
Elevators may not be responding at GrimHex.
Elevators are missing audio.
The group system is undergoing an update and is currently not functioning correctly.
The Starmap is being updated with new functionality that is not yet completed.
Arena Commander's loadout and ship selector is undergoing a rework to include ship rental functionality and may not be fully function as is.
Airlocks lack lighting.
Navigation markers for some locations are permanently affixed to the HUD.
New Features
Missions
Added "Scramble Race" style missions.
Scramble races are death races using ships in space and using vehicles (Ursa/Cyclone) or Gravlev bikes (Nox/Dragonfly) on moons. Races use a checkpoint system with each player who shoots (ships) or moves over/near (vehicles) a checkpoint accruing a point toward victory. Additionally, players can destroy race leaders to gain their points. Note: This system still has pending tasks to complete and may lack functionality.
Ships and Vehicles
Added: Cyclone TR, AA, and RC
The Cyclone TR includes a rear gunner position, meant for combating infantry and ground vehicles. The AA has missiles and an EMP for dealing with threats from above. The RC is a racing variant with boost functionality.
Feature Updates
Universe
Increased the motion of mineable asteroid chunks after break up.
Updated lighting at Kareah.
Rest stop update: New ASOP terminals, aligned elevator buttons, aligned lobby doors.
Missions
Updated patrol missions with expanded locations.
FPS
Recoil, raise, and spread tuning for all rifles.
Updated base weapon sway.
Tweaked recoil for the Custodian and F55.
Ships and Vehicles
Updated turret control system: Switched mouse control to 1 to 1 motion system, reduced turret sensitivity, set-up joystick controls for turrets, and numerous minor tweaks and polish.
Bug Fixes
Accounts should no longer 15006 disconnect on first login.
Turret power prompts on the Constellations should no longer power on/off the entire ship.
Miles Eckhart should once again be active and working.
OM points around moons should no longer show as obstructed when quantum routing tries to plot a route around the moon.
EVA re-entry for the Mustang Omega should now be in a more accessible location.
Fixed a missing chunk of the rest stop.
Logging out in the bed of a ship on a moon should no longer teleport the player to the middle of nowhere on the next login.
Elevator movement should no longer appear out of sync for some players.
Elevators at Levski should now take their doors with them properly as they move.
Players should no longer be able to spool their quantum drive in Arena Commander game modes.
Transitioning from sprint to walk and back should now play smoothly on the HUD.
Ruto should be working properly.
The weapon hardpoint on the Mustangs should no longer have a localized name.
The weapon slots of the Mustang should now indicate which side of the ship.
Fixed several issues with faction and hostility markers.
The Reliant should now have a HUD.
Players should no longer be able to fall through the closed elevator doors at Levski.
The player should no longer enter a brief T-pose when entering a spaceship.
Technical
Fixed 4 server crashes.
Fixed 2 client crashes.
Fixed a server deadlock.
