star_citizenAlpha Patch 3.13.0h has been released to Evocati, and is now available to test! Patch should now show: VERSION 3.13.0-PTU.7237208.
It is strongly recommended that players delete their USER folder for the Public client after patching, particularly if you start encountering any odd character graphical issues or crash on loading. The USER folder can be found (in default installations) at C:\Program Files\Roberts Space Industries\StarCitizen\PTU.

Shopping kiosks aren't loading (hotfix in the works)
Starmap will occasionally fail to load and will remain blank regardless of scrolling or resetting position
Customized loadouts are reset to default when the ship's name is changed
An elevator in Lorville Spaceport has invisible collision blocking the entrance
Some Ships spawned from ASOPs can spawn damaged/shaking and / or in destroyed state
The Quantum Sensitive Cargo can become stuck to the players hand, while lacking all functionality
On landing pads, trolleys are unable to be pushed / pulled up the entryway / cargo ramp, or elevator ramps.
Docking with a moving ship lags behind, causing a large snap into the docked position
Docked merlin enter interactions don't show when constellation is moving
Mounting weapon while holding a grenade will cause the player to enter a broken state upon exiting via interaction mode during low FPS

Players should no longer suffocate after spawning in while wearing a helmet
Reststop ATCs should no longer show the incorrect name as <un-initialized> when requesting landing/takeoff
Everus Harbor should now receive landing requests correctly
'?' should no longer appear at the feet of other NPCs and players
Merlin should no longer spawn in a vertical state when calling a Constellation series ship
Fixed an issue causing the 100 series to not be able to have pitch/yaw/roll control
Gun fire from the Revenant Gatling should no longer give excessive glare on the Avenger series windscreens
Fixed an issue that could cause ships to become stuck when using autoland
Players should no longer be able to auto-land their ship with the ships landing gear raised
Gravlev vehicles should no longer suddenly boost away from the landing pad when attempting to autoland
There should no longer be an invisible wall of collision that blocks part of the Lorville Central Business District
Fixed an issue causing AI ships to not appear in Arena Commander game modes

Bounty Hunter missions around Yela should now correctly have location names in the mission description

Time Sensitive crates should no longer fall through the ramp and de-spawn when Nomad goes into QT
Security AI should now recognize if the player has illegal cargo or stolen goods aboard
Bright flash of geometry should no longer briefly display when equipping consumables / lasers / Weapons in the VMA
