star_citizenAlpha Patch 3.13.0d has been released to Evocati, and is now available to test! Patch should now show: VERSION 3.13.0-PTU.7187036.
It is strongly recommended that players delete their USER folder for the Public client after patching, particularly if you start encountering any odd character graphical issues or crash on loading. The USER folder can be found (in default installations) at C:\Program Files\Roberts Space Industries\StarCitizen\PTU.

Note: This patch does not contain all of the intended features, which will be added iteratively to the notes as they become available. Additionally, some features may be implemented in a partial state and as such are not ready for testing. When those features reach a playable state they will be detailed on the notes and added to the "Testing Focus". Note: The current build has respawn location selection turned on when joining a server for testing due to location issues. This will allow you to chose new spawn locations when joining the PU each time but you can choose to spawn at the previous location by joining without selecting one.
Known Issues
Player begins suffocating on respawn with no oxygen which persists through death
Elevator traps player when spawning at, or going to the 4th floor at NB
Contacts disappear from list after relaunching client and further sent/received requests from those contacts are not seen.
Player is unable to manual / auto-dock the Merlin / Archimedes with any of the Constellation series ships
Rocks levels are unable to be charged preventing any shattering when using the ROC
Viewing reputation while in a ship will cause UI to mess up
Many UI Displays/functionality stops after launching the client a 2nd time
Character reset doesn't always work as intended
On landing pads, trolleys are unable to be pushed / pulled up the entryway / cargo ramp, or elevator ramps.
Leaving a trolley in a door way will clip through the floor erratically and can kill players
Docking with a moving ship lags behind, causing a large snap into the docked position
Docked merlin enter interactions don't show when constellation is moving
The Player is unable to Sell Personal Inventory using the Pembroke Armor
Players hands do not raise when staggered into a wall
Mounting weapon while holding a grenade will cause the player to enter a broken state upon exiting via interaction mode during low FPS

FPS Missions to Caves
We have added 3 new mission types aimed at FPS combat inside caves which introduces more AI NPCs into caves and FPS mission reputation.
FPS Cave Assassination: The player must navigate their way to a cave and find a civilian target. The player must kill them when they find them. If the player is in a monitored zone this target will count as a murder victim. This mission will become available to players upon completing one Vaughn Assassination mission.
FPS Cave Bounty: The player must navigate their way to a cave and find a criminal target. The target is protected by armed guards who will attempt to kill the player on sight. This mission will become available upon completing the Crusader Bounty introduction mission for missions around Stanton 2 and available upon completing the Hurston Bounty introduction mission around Stanton 1.
FPS Cave Clear All: The player must navigate their way to a cave and kill all the criminals they find there. This mission will become available upon completing the Crusader Bounty introduction mission for missions around Stanton 2 and available upon completing the Hurston Bounty introduction mission around Stanton 1.
Major Bug Fixes
Player character should now be able to move after exiting pilot seat during QT
Fixed an issue causing players to not be able to interact with other players in game using F to select their character
Fixed an issue causing Vaughn reputation to not increase after a character reset
MIC-L1 Shallow frontier station should now be in the correct location at MIC-L1
The consumables section of the Misc. category in shop kiosks should no longer display as string text
