Star Citizen Patch 3.1.0c (PTU)
@star_citizenAlpha Patch 3.1.0c has been released to the Evocati, and is now available to test! Patch should now show: PTU-730565
It is strongly recommended that players delete their USER folder for the Public client after patching, particularly if you start encountering any odd character graphical issues or crash on loading. The USER folder can be found (in default installations) at C:\Program Files\Roberts Space Industries\StarCitizenPTU\LIVE.
New Known Issues:
Players are unable to use or equip medpens.
Picking up objects can cause the character's arms to become distorted.

Arena Commander - Racing: Razor versus other racing ships (don't only use the Razor).

MobiGlas should no longer refuse to close, or become inaccessible if player exits into zero-g and re-enters their ship through EVA.
The ship computer should now properly say "engines offline" when turning engines off.
Removed odd blue lighting in entrance bay of Self-land Hangars.
Moons should no longer be missing textures on the MobiGlas.
Grimhex hab door control panels should no longer be blank.
AI Constellations should now properly fire on hostile targets.
Other players should now be able to here FPS weapon fire.
Players should no longer spawn into Star Marine matches T-posed.
Players should no longer randomly lose the ability to target other ships.
Fix for personal transport missions not clearing on completion and beacon contracts not clearing upon party disconnect.
Fix for payment system of service beacons not transferring money, paying more than the reward, or players being able to offer more than they have.
Service beacons should now be interactable on the MobiGlas.
Calling down the lift on the Caterpillar while standing beneath should no longer result in it getting stuck.
It should no longer be possible to equip hats underneath your helmet.
Ship thruster audio should now be present when piloting from the 1st person view.
Disengaging out of quantum travel should no longer play the "engaged" audio message.
Players should no longer fall through the geometry in the hallway leading to pads 07 and 08 at Port Olisar.
Players should no longer fall through the floor near the side door of the Ursa.
The player should no longer be able to get behind the GrimHex hab via holes in collision.
There should no longer be missing floor geometry outside of Levski ground entrance.
Shield impacts should now properly have audio.
Seats on the Arena Commander loadout manager should now properly rotate with the ship.
Technical
Various crash fixes.

Known bugs, issues, and work arounds (W/A):
Characters head shakes when firing weapons after accessing MobiGlas.
40014 will cause a client crash. W/A: If this occurs, wait 10 minutes and relaunch.
The missing person/crew missions immediately abandon after accepting.
ESP is currently not behaving as intended and IFCS fixes are still pending.
Drake Cutlass rear ramp and side doors can not be opened.
