Γεννήθηκε στην Αθήνα το 1981 όπου και μεγάλωσε. Τελειώνοντας το σχολείο, ξεκίνησε να σπουδάζει δημοσιογραφία στο ANT1 MediaLab και αποφοίτησε λίγα χρόνια μετά. Το 2000, ξεκίνησε να εργάζεται στο τμήμα ειδήσεων του τηλεοπτικού σταθμού Μακεδονία TV όπου ασχολούνταν με το διεθνές ρεπορτάζ. Από το 2002 μέχρι το 2005 δούλεψε στον μουσικό τηλεοπτικό σταθμό MAD TV όπου παρουσίαζε εκπομπές μουσικού και lifestyle περιεχομένου. [2] [3]

Τη σεζόν 2005-2006 ήταν συμπαρουσιάστρια της Αλεξάνδρας Πασχαλίδου στην πρωινή εκπομπή του STAR , "Όλα Καλά". Τον Σεπτέμβριο του 2006, ξεκίνησε να παρουσιάζει τη δική της ενημερωτική εκπομπή κάθε Σαββατοκύριακο στο ALTER μαζί με τη δημοσιογράφο και συγγραφέα Λία Παππά. Η εκπομπή διακόπηκε μετά από τρεις εβδομάδες προβολής. Από το 2006 μέχρι το 2009 ήταν συμπαρουσιάστρια της Φαίης Σκορδά στην lifestyle εκπομπή "Πολύ μπλα μπλα" στο ALTER . Τις σεζόν 2007-2009 παρουσίασε μαζί με τον Βασίλη Δρυμούση την εκπομπή "Showbiz News" στο ίδιο κανάλι ενώ τη σεζόν 2009-2010 παρουσίασε την τέταρτη σεζόν της εκπομπής "TV Weekend". [4] [5] Μετά την αποχώρηση της Φαιής Σκορδά από το ALTER ανέλαβε την παρουσίαση της εκπομπής "Πολύ μπλα μπλα" τις σεζόν 2010-2012 μέχρι το κλείσιμο του τηλεοπτικού σταθμού. [6] [7] Τη σεζόν 2011-2012 συμμετείχε στο χορευτικό talent show του ANT1 , "Dancing on ice" κερδίζοντας την 7η θέση. [8] [9] Τη σεζόν 2012-2013 υπέγραψε συμβόλαιο συνεργασίας με τον τηλεοπτικό σταθμό ANT1 για την παρουσίαση της εκπομπής "Fthis TV". [10] [11]
