The room was clean, good value of money. Fantastic, outside of town. I hired a motorbike from here less than 20 BHT per day really handy. Visited numerous beaches daily and sampled different foods with use of the moped. The staff were exceptional, really friendly, efficient and nothing too much trouble. I had two new towels everyday, clean bedsheets made, 2 bottles of free water daily, free safety deposit box, free shampoo and body wash. Free Sky TV too. The hotel was lovely. Very clean with modern decor. The room was much larger than I was expecting. The bed was very comfortable, free wifi was included. Only 5 minutes to Patong Beach. Hotel bersih, selesa. Coffeee free n front desk friendly. Far from bangla road and shoppimg comlex but it took about 15 minit to go there by car. Can rent motorcycle from hotel rm25per day. Great deal , not the quietest of places but would stay there again. Great stay friendly staff ,clean and great value. Relaxing, near to patong beach but you need to rent a motorbike. Very clean and comfy rooms with very friendly staff! Such a nice place, away from the noise at Bangla rd. Its not easy to find this hotel because this hotel abit hiding from big road. What can i say, staff are so friendly, everytime in and out they always give a smile to me and im feels like home. Bed so comfortable. Near with mart and you need to rent motorbike because its bit far to go to beach or buy food. The stay was good. Inexpensive, value for money and the condition of the room is relatively good for what you pay for. Located approximately 5 mins ride away from the Patong city, the hotel is strategically located away from the hustle and bustle of Patong providing you with a peaceful night. Arch Club hotel also provide motorcycle rental for the convenience of travelers who wish to explore further than Patong. The hotel is on the main road to Patong but be careful using maps as I was misdirected using Apple maps. There is a green painted school and gas station on the left caddy corner from the hotel, and a honda bike dealer on the right: locals did not know the location so these landmarks might help. Even though it is on a busy street, it is fairly quiet. I was on the third floor, with access by stairs only as elevator was not in yet. There is free coffee and tea in the lobby. Wi-fi was very good. Sheets were crisp and clean. Flatscreen with English channels mounted to the wall. It is about. Lots of places to eat right outside the door. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The interior has some nice modern architectural elements. Even though it was a little walk to the beach the location proved very convenient. Friendly and helpful staff, nice clean rooms, location a little far from the beach but still worth the money. Complimentary toast and coffee every morning was an added bonus! Room was really clean. Staff were really friendly. Especially the lovely receptionist lady. She was very help with excellent customer service. Location was okay. About 20 min walk to the main town center. We will diffinatly be back. Had great stay good value perfect for me being solo. It is little bit far away from central However, it was clean and tidy and high speedy internet as well. The lady staff! She was so much helpful and kind! But the male staff And there is no elevator!!!!! You need to cary your baggage your self : i. Unfortunately we got the 3rd floor and there was no lift. The hotel staff were friendly and communicating in english well. There was no electric kettle in the room but the staff got me one the other day. Now this was something which I have rarely seen. Nice and friendly mgmt. The location is a bit far from the beach. We rented bike so that was not a problem. Overall the stay was nice. Considering the price, the hotel is okay for a short business trip or just to stay the night while being in the city. The outlook and the room are good design, and I guess the hotel is very new, the room is clean, I cannot leave many comments as I only stayed there around 3 hours, had a bath, packed the luggage and then check-out. The feeling was good except the water pressure was not much enough. We had a wonderful stay the Arch Club Hotel, the hotel staff is attentive and friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable, everything is good for this price. The only drawback is that the location is a little bit far from the beach and town center. Absolutely wonderful staff. So kind and sweet! The location is quite far from the town or any place to eat. A good 20 min walk. Actually checked out a night early because the location was inconvenient. But, again, the staff is great and the hotel is very new, clean, and welcoming. Was lovely. We had a great time at the Arch Club Hotel : staff so lovely I deffinitely going back there again. The hotel reception gave us oranges but some are already gone bad. Have to walk 15 to 20 min. The staff waked us at 6am in the morning saying the driver came to pick us for the tour. I remember I told him three times to stop knocking our door. It was 6am in the morning!!! Nice hotel, not close to the beach but walking distance so not a problem. Hotel is well design. Beautiful interior and absolutely clean. Location wise is pretty far by walking distance to the beach though. Most importantly the service is almost excellent! Special request granted as to surprise a birthday deco for my partner! The employees are very nice and friendly. The stay was good, the female receptionist was GREAT, very helpful, however the guy who works at night was of little help. A good 15 min walk from the shopping etc, overall good stay. I really highly recommend this place! First of all, the staff are so friendly and always try help me. So I can say I really enjoy staying in Phuket even though its rainy season, because of staff there. The location is little bit far from the beach, however you can get a local bus just front of this hotel. Its also go to Phuket town so you can save your money. If you stay this place you totally enjoy your travel and have experience with nice Thai staff. Staff is very friendly and always try to make you enjoy staying in Phuket.
