Beautiful hotel with very friendly helpful staff. Near to the Metro so easy to get around. This is the second year in a row that I stayed at this place. I like the location, the staff and the prices. The rooms are spacious and neat. Will surely stay again when visiting Dubai next time. We stay here whenever we are in Dubai. However services and overall experience is certainly dipping. This will not be our preferred choice next time. The hotel and facilities are very clean and comfortable. Near the Metro Red line and close to the areas that most tourists will like to visit. The room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast buffet was good but not outstanding. Friendly staff, one of the best breakfast out there. Thanks for your warm arrangement to our honeymoon. I highly recommend anyone to visit this hotel. Staff and facility are amazing. It was our first time staying at Grand Millennium and I was greeted with beautiful smiles from the valet staff and Ms. Linara, the Reception Manager figured she is the Manager upon check-out. She was very kind and helpful, upgraded us to 1 br which is really nice of her. The pool staff esp Elvis was extremely accommodating and my 2 year old baby enjoyed the pool with my husband although there is no kiddie pool. The only downside is the Filipina from the spa coz she was a little bit rude :. The room is huge and very cozy and we enjoyed our stay to this wonderful hotel! We will definitely be back soon. From the staff to the facilities, we loved our stay-. Banio drainage was blocked, no slipper, no tooth brushes , they allow us to leave by 12 pm, the night club entrance is the same of the geust entrance and it gives bad impressions about ladies come in and totally it is not good for the family. Had to wait for an hour before the room was ready but was upgraded for a luxury room instead of the superior room. Breakfast buffet is very nice and staff is polite and helpful. This is the second time I stayed at that place and most likely will stay again. Train station is walking distance. Rooms are modern and spacious. Staff very friendly and helpful. To top everything, it was a pleasant surprise to see a small cake with Happy Birthday written on it upon my arrival in the room late from work. Nice touch that I I will remember. However, customers should have the option to park their cars in the parking floor instead of the car valet who takes time sometimes during rush hour. Always my first choice in dubai is Grand Millennium in tecom very nice location and with good facilities bars and clubs. But as usuall mohamed a professional at the reception solved the issues. We were booked for a 2 bedroom apt. They were full when we arrived despite being after check-in time. They were drilling into the lobby marble to hang a sign at the time. They indicated they 'upgraded' us due to the wait, when in fact they just gave us a 2 bedroom, but not a 2 bedroom apt - so we had no kitchen, etc. Hours later we were moved to another room, which cut into our 48 hour stay having to repack, wait for service to move, and unpack with small children. Lady receptionist was rather ignorant. Manager was luckily ok, to come out with reasonable suggestions. Supposedly fresh towel are semi wet, a bit suspicious if it is even fresh. Got blood spot even! The hotels is clean and staff friendly. The Wifi connection is free and speed is good. A little bit expersive, like a 4 star, 5min to train but super hot to walk to the train station, less shop and restaurant near the hotel. The smoke everywhere in lobe. There is no water at the WC for Muslimes. They are dealing with a customer like in star hotel. I do not recoomend going back to this hotel once again. I have stayed in this hotel many times, the staff are great and there is everything you would want inside - spa, pool, bar, club, restaurant, lounge Swimming pool is too small and its location does not offer much sunshine. Nice place, good rooms although a bit noisy at times, depending on the people in the room next to me and good value for money. Need to have more varieties at the Breakfast buffet and the service staff were not professional. Our stay was great and will love to stay again. The nightclub though has been closed for some time. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I would definitely recommend it as a good hotel for a weekend in Dubai. All of the staff members I encountered were courteous and accommodating.
