I recently stayed at this gem of a hotel for a business trip. Very friendly and attentive staff. They also had a very decent gym, complete with plenty of cardio machines and enough machines to satisfy any gym rat. I had the pleasure to stay in the Pullman Asoke shortly before Christmas and just after New Year each time for 3 days upon my arrival in and before my departure from Bangkok. Both stays were absolutely faboulous. All staff in this hotel are super friendly and professional: from the bellman who welcomes you in your taxi over the ladies and their supervisor at reception and all bar and restaurant staff to especially Ms Jay and her team in the executive club lounge. I had the privilege of accessing my room already upon my early arrival at 8 am thanks to the early arrival of Thai Airways and the calm traffic and during my 2nd stay I was offered a generous late check-out. The beds in this hotel are super comfy. I always sleep extremely well in this hotel. And the service in the executive lounge is beyond imagination. All staff greats you and serves you with a wonderfully friendly and generous smile from morning till evening. They really make a difference. They made me feel like part of the family in the hotel.
