No aircon in the room but only 2 fans. Gets quite hot in summer but it was ok for me this time after the fans are on for 30 min. Rooms are newly furnished and toilets are clean. Not very helpful staff-came in one night very wet and asked if there was anywhere we could hang our coats to dry-no. Did not know there were umbrellas for guest use. No tea making facility in the room although they did provide us with a kettle when we asked. Otherwise it was comfortable and there was no noise from the street despite the fact we were overlooking the Main Street- maybe some in the morning when the service vehicles were around but that was not too early. Room small and hot. No fan or aircon. Because of its central location open windows meant lots of noise - revel lets at night and garbage trucks early in the morning. Only one chair - although there were 2 sinks in bathroom. May be a good choice for winter with bigger room. I think the interior of the hotel was recently refurbished. Everything were good. Rooms were veryhot no ac Reservation manager was rude No iron provided in room No teaor coffee kettle in room Spacious old style and nice rooms Bathrooms are great location is great in old city vienna with All the attractions close by. Restaurant staff at breakfast time Are excellent but the reservations manager is so rude! Great long week-end at charming old-fashined hotel with perfect location in centre of Vienna, but still rather quiet. Room a bit small, but with all conveniences needed. Nice and helpfull staff. Good breakfast. Ecellent stay in this hotel, close to the old city center, the opera and cafe Sacher. Room is clean and suitable size , excellent service , Superb location , surrounding with shopping. We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful old hotel which is located in the middle of the shopping area and close to the Opera House. The staff were very helpful and friendly. In every way the hotel exceeded our expectations. Nice hotel on Shopping street near to undergroundand Tram. Was good. Being summer, wished there was air conditioning but they did provide us with a lovely fan that worked well. Staff very helpful and friendly. And all the landmark buildings are nearby. The staff was very pleasant and accomodating. Beware in the summer as there is no Air Conditioning, I was provided with a fan but hard to keep cool when it is hot out, I left the windows open. Ideal location in the middle of all shopping and restaurants. About 2 blocks away walking distance to the State Opera house. Unfortunately we traveled during a heat wave, and the city and hotel were not prepared for this. They gave us a small fan to move the air around, but it was really not comfortable in the heat. I would try it again in other seasons. Friendly staff and etc.. Brings back memories of what it was like to stay in a quality hotel in the days when the pace of things were at a more humane pace. Superb location, friendly service. Room are very big , great location but not good time to stay for summer. Air con not cool enough. Overall a nice stay. Good location, helpful staff. But not enough rooms with air condition. Location was great, right on the main shopping street, 2min from the Albertina museum, walking distance approx 5 min to the Hofburg. Hotel was nicely decor with a vintage feel, clean rooms, very good feel to it. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good quality with a comfortable range of offerings. Highly recommended. Great location in the most famous shopping street in Vienna right next to the famous Hotel Sacher on the Opera, friendly staff, breakfast good selection of food and fresh, good price and value Generally it is a good hotel to stay if your main interest is shopping as it is situated right in the middle of all the shops. You can go out to do your shopping and once you have enough load, come back to the hotel for a short break and then go out again for the next round. The breakfast is great although not a big variety but good quality and got everything that one needs to fill the stomach in the morning. Staffs were very attentive and always check on your requirement. Hangulatos hely! Hotel oogt mooi van buiten maar is vergane glorie van binnen. Tot overmaat van ramp was een aanpalende pizzazaak in vlammen opgegaag met als gevolg dat het gehele hotel stonk naar de rook. Litt minus uten aircondition, men vifter var nesten ok. Der var 30 grader varm og minabar var ude af funktion og der var intet kold vand. Tolle Lage und angemessener Preis dazu Sehr grosses Badezimmer. Alles Top. Hervorragende lage aber schon etwas in die tage gekommen. Kuchen Der Orangensaft ist nicht frisch gepresst. Nachteilig ist die fehlende Klimaanlage bzw.
