It is completely discreet and safe to wear for almost any occasion. Safer to use than in indwelling catheter, and more practical than an adult undergarment, it has opened the doors for so many men who used to be afraid to go out in public for fear of having an accident. What makes it unique is the male external catheter. Made of 100% Silicone it is a latex free material that is clear to see through so that skin can be inspected if necessary. Male externals come in different sizes. The measurement needed to determine the size is a girth measurement. Using the “ Sizing Guide ” helps to choose the best fit, and takes all the guessing out of which size is needed.

Each catheter can be worn once and has a maximum wear time of about 24 hours. Once it is removed it cannot be reused. Additional catheters can be purchased separately.
To determine the correct size of male external catheter use the provided measurement guide . Print out the PDF file and cut out the half moon circles. Rest the guide across the penis while it is in a relaxed state. Choose the size that it best fits into. If you find yourself in between 2 sizes choose the smaller size. If after you apply the catheter and it feels a little tight, you can take a blunt pair of scissors and snip the band at the base of the catheter. This should relieve the pressure.

Use of a skin barrier can help men who may have sensitive or frail skin. This will create an invisible barrier between the skin and the adhesive inside the sheath of the catheter. We like to call it “fake skin”. This invisible shield when applied to the skin will leave it feeling a little tacky. The adhesive in the catheter will now come in contact with the barrier and not the real skin. The skin barrier can easily be removed in the shower with soap and warm water.
Removing the male catheter should just be as easy as putting it on, but if it is too difficult an adhesive remover can be used. Snip the band at the base of the catheter and work the remover under it. Gently peel away the catheter. The adhesive remover is also used for any suborn residue left on the skin from the adhesive. Taking a shower and using warm water and soap will also help with removing the catheter. Remember to take your time and be gentle.
Some men have an issue with the leg bag and urine is retaining in the tubing and the catheter is collapsing while on the penis. What is happening is a vacuum effect when the leg bag is drained. When the urine is draining it is pulling the air with it creating the vacuum effect. This collapses the catheter and will not allow all the urine to drain from the tubing and the bag will appear to be stuck together.
An easy way to alleviate this is to first make sure that there is a small pocket of air in the collection bag before the bag is used for the first time of the day. This can be done by blowing into the tubing before inserting the catheter in it. Then when the bag is drained do not drain the entire amount from the bag. Leave a small amount of urine in the bag ( an ounce or so) and this will prevent the vacuum you may experience. It should not interfere with the operation of the bag, but it’s better to not have this.

I do not understand why companies try to improve there product? The original design was far superior in function and customizable . The quality was far better.
He are my experiences and issues. The connection from catheter to plastic hose kept disconnecting. Two non compatible materials. The catheter seems larger than plastic hose. I had to tape them together. Simply walking separated the connection. Yes I tried holding it for several minutes hoping the guest would adhere. I swapped to a new catheter and same result.
The hose length should be longer. No one like to fill their shoe up. Lol
The drain valve on original was far better easier to use, ergonomically friendly.
I hope they have plenty of the old design left in stock . I would buy one of them.
I use this baby every day. There’s nothing quite like the feeling of steaming hot urine against your inner leg – I love it! I haven’t gone #1 in a bathroom for almost two years now, and I don’t have any intention of going back.Of course, you have to take it off and clean it from time to time, but what’s a few minutes of of my week when I’m saving so much time and energy by not rushing to find a restroom every time I need to go? I bet I’ve saved hours of usable time by peeing in my pants. Once you go, you never go back!
I used the Stadium Pal in a Relay for Life walk. It was comfortable and kept me very confident.
Good service without a contract allowed me to try several products without committing to any one product. When I reorder I will order the catheters with the 70% more adhesive since it gives better adhesion to prevent leaks & blow-off.

I heard about this purely by chance, received it a while ago, but only just used it for the first time.
The instructions are good, but be sure to read them thoroughly a few times beforehand! Then, it becomes easy to use, and proves to be most certainly a beneficial piece of kit.
As someone else said, an extra tape to hold the tube would be a great advantage, that is the only criticism. Overall, a tiny bit pricey I think, but for the relief from worry it brings, worth the investment, and I would recommend.
This was bought, ironically, for a trip to the USA, where I thought it was probably manufactured. But no, it’s nearer to home, Denmark in fact! That’s worth investigating!
The clip at the bottom is not easy to use. When unclipping there is not much to press against. I also think that an additional velcro band should be included for keeping the tubing in place (just above the knee). No mention was made regarding underwear in the directions… Overall I am a happy customer but I think there is a few improvements that could be made. Also, if a person wears boots, even the 500 ml bag hangs near the ankle. What should I do about that???
This gives me a new freedom in different situations. Makes long distance traveling a piece of cake.
Not sitting in a aisle seat was always challenging to me. The minute I would sit down, I had the urge to go. Those days are over thanks to the Stadium Pal. Now if I get the urge, no problem.
Had to throw entire unit away. Tried using and glue from product caused injury upon removal
Wasted a few until I got the hang of it. Cutting length of tube is very important. Would be nice if customer was given a couple extra ends just to get started.
It makes life a lot easier than wearing a pad all the time.
My husband and I were not aware that a new catheter had to be used each day. My husband is handicapped and I had to help him put it on. We found it very awkward and cumbersome to get it on correctly. We find it quite expensive. We were buying this devise to prevent middle of the night accidents. This might work for a person that is using it in an upright position, but did not work well when husband was horizontal.
Needed something for OAB, don’t miss trying to find a restroom in every place I visit
