Set to it's widest setting, it is easy to bend the extension bar in the middle. But with it set to it's narrow setting it appears to be pretty strong. For the price, not bad. The cuffs are worth the price in my opinion. The bar is just something to maybe make things interesting as a bonus.
one ring was loose to hold a wrist and fall off immediately,. the bar should be longer in my opinion and leather pieces are great, all good accept the rings of the bar are too weak, to hold arms in the wrists leather bands,... a bar ring should be strongly snugly fit the stretch bar and never fall off without pulling it out.
over all ok, its good but ring is important.
I am not handy , I couldn't make it work at all and throw it away .
The item is missing pieces and defective and I have no option to return!!!
The pins do not lock so the bar does not stay together. UNABLE TO RETURN!
I can second the whole "somewhat flimsy" sentiment. I like the design and the cuffs are comfortable but the wife bent the middle piece in the first usage. I had 1 hand in the middle so it is partially my fault too. Once I noticed the bending, I put a hand on each end of the bar and that alleviated the issue.
