How can I disable "Spread Spectrum"?

I would lile to know where this setting is in Bios and if it has a different name. I have a B450 Aorus Elite, using the latest bios (f60, iirc)
most giga b450 boards do not expose spread spectrum
IIRC, if you go to Advanced Frequency Settings -> Host Clock Value in BIOS and set it to 'manual' and value 100 MHz (default speed), spread spectrum should be disabled.
