Why can't I download songs on the Spotify Mod?

The download feature is a server sided feature and cannot be unlocked in the mod version of Spotify.

Why do I hear ads when casting to other devices or when using Spotify Connect?

When casting to other devices or using Spotify connect, Spotify is streaming from their server and not the modded version of the app, so you are likely to hear ads. A possible solution might be to use the native Bluetooth stream from your device.

I am getting shuffle on playlists! / Premium features are still locked!

Force stop the application (atleast twice) from the
phone settings and start it again. Opening the
app, clearing the cache and restarting the
phone can also help.

If doing that and re-login does not work, then
uninstall the mod version of Spotify you have
installed and install either an older or newer
version of the mod.

If none of it works, it is recommended to install the
official Spotify version from the Google Playstore
and seeing if the Spotify services work properly.

Another alternative to the Spotify mod can be to
install the official Spotify from Google Playstore
and then setting your Spotify region to India (this
can be done using a VPN to connect to an Indian
server and then going to the Spotify website and
changing your account settings), as in India most
of the premium features are unlocked (except
ads).

The artist page is not loading for me!

This is fixed from the version 8.5.93.445 onwards.

But if you still for some reason have the issue here are some possible solutions:
- Force stop the app twice and clear cache.

- Whitelist Spotify from junk cleaning apps (SDMaid, CC Cleaner, Stock Cleaner etc.).

- Whitelist Spotify from ad-blocker (AdGuard, Blokada etc.).

- If you have an SD card, change the Spotify storage settings.

Is Very High Quality unlocked in the mod?

No. Very High Quality is only visually unlocked in the mod (when you select the option it is actually playing the High Quality version).

But, the High Quality option is unlocked through the mod, so you can use that for now.

I can't see the full lyrics when playing songs in the mod

Lyrics are working only in these countries. If you are having problems with lyrics just switch to one of these countries with a VPN.

Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Mexico, Peru, Bolivia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Guatemala, Honduras, India, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, El Salvador, Uruguay, Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Taiwan, Singapore, and Hong Kong.

For Lyrics to work in US use v8.6.0.830 or 8.5.93.445, and if there is any other country you're getting lyrics now on this version let us know.

Cannot connect to Group Sessions!
Even though the option is visually available it seems that it does not currently work properly in the mod.

This feature is in beta and is set to release for free users in the future by Spotify.

Does Android Auto work with the mod?

Android Auto support is confirmed working in v8.6.0.830+ (there were some previous builds that had bugs in some of the amoled mods breaking android auto for some)

Spotify is giving an error "no internet" / "14 days"!

If your Spotify region is not the region you are in, then make sure to use a VPN or proxy to connect to the Spotify region when you are logging in. Or change the Spotify region to the region you're in.

What version do I download for my phone arm64v8a or armv7a?

The architecture of your phone can be viewed through the new xManager app.

Install Droid Hardware Info and go to the System tab and look for the Instruction Sets to see which architecture your phone is.

If you have GBoard (Google Keyboard) installed, go to settings and then click on the three dots at the top right corner and go to about and see which architecture your phone is.

Can I transfer my playlists from/to another service like Deezer?

Yes, you can use the following services:
Mooval (Deezer to Spotify)
Pandify (Pandora to Spotify)
SpotMyBackup (Spotify Backup)
Exportify (Spotify to CSV)
Soundiiz (FREMIUM)
TuneMyMusic (PAID SERVICE)

You can use the xSpotify Manager from the xSpotify Manager - Updates (@SpotifyModUpdates) channel on Telegram.

xSpotify Manager is now discontinued!

You can download and use the new and improved xManager from either the xManager (Spotify) Updates Telegram Channel or from GitHub.
