Spot Ethereum ETF issuers post fee and seed investment disclosures in latest wave of amended filings
Powered by @unfoldedBlackRock, VanEck, Franklin Templeton, Grayscale Investments, and 21Shares have filed amended statements for their Ethereum exchange-traded fund (ETF) registrations, providing details on fees and seed investments.
VanEck has set its fee at 0.20%, following Franklin Templeton's fee of 0.19%.
The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) approved 19b-4 forms for eight Ethereum ETFs last month, but registration statements still need to be effective before trading can begin.
21 Shares US LLC, the sponsor for the 21Shares Core Ethereum ETF, disclosed that it was the seed capital investor for the fund, purchasing 20,000 shares for a $340,739 seed investment.
Eric Balchunas, senior Bloomberg ETF analyst, expects the Ethereum ETFs to launch by July 2.
