Sponsored by DARPA - the development of mRNA bioweapons - labeled as "vaccines" - Part I

Many people around the world may have wondered how it is possible that billions of "vaccine doses" can be made available at the push of a button, and all governments worldwide have agreed to torture their populations until everyone is dosed with a vaccine at least three times or even more - from babies to hospice residents.

To understand the organisations and structures behind mRNA-technology that has been built over the past two decades, one must look at the history of mRNA technology:

Beginning in 1985, researcher Katalin Karikó and later her colleague Drew Weissmann were working on mRNA-technology in Pennsylvania. The idea was to use modified mRNAs to manipulate cellular mechanisms for making proteins so that they could be used for a variety of clinical purposes. A major difficulty was that the introduced mRNA was so unstable that it was immediately attacked and degraded by the body's immune system - and, it caused a lot of unwanted heavy side effects. After two decades of experimentation and research, they found that - when they modified selected nucleosides - the body's own recognition of artificial RNA strands was suppressed, thereby avoiding a dangerous immune cascade. It was understood how to "trick" the body's immune system, which normally has a healthy response. (1) For this findings, published in 2005, Karikó and Weissman received grants from the  from the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) totaling $2.3 million for six projects. (2)

Karikó and Weissman's findings attracted the attention of Derrick Rossi, a stem cell biologist who initially thought it might be the key to growing stem cells. He and his colleagues at Harvard and MIT continued to do research, founding the biotech startup Moderna ("mode-RNA") in 2010. Meanwhile, a Turkish-German physician couple, Ugur Sahin and Özlem Türeci, founded BioNTech in Germany in 2008. Sahin, an oncologist and inventor, co-founded Ganymed Pharmaceuticals with Özlem Türeci, a physician and immunologist, to develop individualized cancer immunotherapies based on genetic engineering. (3)

While NIAID was funding basic science innovation, the U.S. Department of Defense was making high-risk investments in RNA vaccine technology through its Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), the research arm of the Pentagon ("Department of Defense" = DOD). In 2011, CureVac (a Sanofi-affiliated company) and In-Cell-Art received $33.1 million from DARPA to further develop their "vaccine platforms" based on RNA technologies and to test product candidates.

In October 2013, DARPA awarded Moderna nearly $25 million to research and develop potential mRNA compounds under DARPA's Autonomous Diagnostics to Enable Prevention and Therapeutics (ADEPT) program: Developing technologies to rapidly detect and respond to threats from natural and man-made diseases and toxins. Back in March 2013, Moderna received funding from DARPA - and the second round of funds was to be used - according to the release - primarily to support vaccine and antibody development to protect against chikungunya infections. (4) Moderna has received $955 million from BARDA - Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority - in recent years to develop a Covid-19 vaccine based on mRNA technology in collaboration with the NIH (National Institutes of Health). However, in all their 127 patents and 154 patent applications, nowhere did they state having received grant money from the government as they should have. (5)  

Who really believes in "coincidence" that this - truely important - fact is kept secret? After all, there is a duty of disclosure torwards the public - why are Moderna's and DARPA's collaboration concealed - with the knowledge of the institutions?

Pfizer also received over $7.6 million from DARPA in Q4 2013: "Pfizer will conduct a research and development program aimed at developing a technology platform to identify and then induce the production of protective antibodies against an emerging pathogen directly in an infected or exposed individual" .(6) DOD wrote in its summary of recent contracts. "Identifying the antigen and inducing antibody production in vivo would eliminate some of the time-consuming steps currently required to develop, manufacture and administer a vaccine. Although the project is clearly at a very early stage - and the budget is small by biopharma standards - the potential impact of the work is large and far-reaching. Success would overturn traditional vaccine practices." (7)

mRNA technology - a "design platform".

It is important to understand that the mRNA technology is a technology platform that can be used for many different purposes. The preassumption is that special cell strands can be integrated into the body to produce certain proteins - "designer proteins" for various purposes - by means of mRNA sequences that were predefined and manufactured in a lab, thus genetically manipulating the body at the cellular level. This is a concept, a basic principle they intend to apply to a wide variety of medical problems. This kind of simple logic, however, follows a rather primitive approach of understanding complex organisms, which carries a lot of dangers. It does not consider multiple cascade effects in the whole body when changing single proteins - which are the basic building blocks of life! If you change even one cogwheel in a Swiss precision clock, it can cause the whole gear to stop. The body is such a precision clock, where all processes are intertwined. The artificial generation of foreign - pathogenic - proteins ("spike proteins") by introducing modified RNA sequences wrapped in artificial "envelopes" (lipid nanoparticles) can trigger cascades of subsequent reactions. You don't have to be a highly endowed scientist to draw this conclusion.

Calling the mRNA injection of genetically manipulating mRNA substances a "vaccine" is part of a global disinformation campaign. Officials have changed the definition of "vaccine" several times in the meantime so that experimental mRNA substances can be labeled as such. 

In 2013 - the same year that DARPA began funding mRNA research from Pfizer, BioNTech hired Katalin Karikó as Senior Vice President to oversee the development of their mRNA technology aimed at pandemic preparedness. And - BioNTech sold its former company Ganymede in 2016 for $1.6 billion.

In 2018, Biontech and Pfizer announced their collaboration regarding the development of flu vaccines based on mRNA technology. Neither corresponding Pfizer patents nor Biontech patents indicate that they received DARPA funds.

Start button "pandemic" in December 2019

It was like pushing a start button: A whole machinery was set into motion from the alleged outbreak in Wuhan in December 2019: Virus isolation, PCR tests, "vaccine development", proclamation of a pandemic, lockdowns, start of clinical trials in March 2020 by Moderna, followed by Biontech/Pfizers trials starting in April 2020, DOD contracts for the production of billions of "vaccine doses", worldwide changing of laws regarding public behaviour, forcing mask wearing and social distancing, rules for daily testing and torturing children in schools, the fear mongering media were repeating the same script worldwide while independent outlets fell under censorship to silence alternative voices.

From January 21-24, 2020, the World Economic Forum met in Davos under the auspices of CEPI - "Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations": CEPI is a WEF-Gates partnership - and contracts Seattle-based Moderna to produce an mRNA vaccine against 2019-nCoV: "The Vaccine Research Center (VRC) of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), part of the NIH, has collaborated with Moderna to develop the vaccine." (9)

So the "Mode-RNA vaccine" was already available before the socalled "outbreak of a global pandemic."

DARPA entered into contracts to produce and deliver a total of 1.7 billion doses of vaccine to U.S. - initially - with Pfizer and Moderna in the summer of 2020, as well as six other manufacturers:

Pfizer's July 21, 2020 contract with the Department of Defense for the production and delivery of "vaccines" states that they have contracted for $10 BILLION for 600 million doses of vaccine. Of particular note is the fact that this contract was first sent out on November 14, 2019, and the first revision was made on January 30, 2020 - before "the pandemic broke out" (see p. 56 - link under References). The agreement indicates that 16 different lots of mRNA and 16 lipid compositions will be shipped without disclosing anything about the content. (10) The company McKesson is in charge of mixing the components to deliver in the vials to the institutions and practioners. At minimum 16x16 mixtures are possible, and, if they also experiment with the doses, the amount of possibles charges is innumerable.

In the contract with Moderna dated August 09, 2020, the contract value is stated with US$ 1,525,000,000.00 over 500 million doses of vaccine (100µg dose), and 33 different lots are listed, not disclosing anything about the content. (11)

Particularly interesting is the fact that in both - Moderna and Pfizer's contracts with DARPA - many areas - are blacked out or made unrecognizable with asterisks - indicating a reason for "editorial blacking out" using "redaction codes", e.g. composition of substances. Redacted content has been given codes b (4) and b (6) - the codes stand for:

3.3 (b) (4) Disclosure of information that would affect the application of advanced technology in a U.S. weapons system,

and - this relates primarily to the Moderna-DARPA contract:

3.3 (b) (6) Disclosure of information, including information of foreign governments, that would cause serious harm to relations between the United States and a foreign government or to ongoing diplomatic activities of the United States. (12)

What kind of monstrous crimes are being hidden from the public eye here? U.S. bioweapons technology in vaccines? With the potential to cause severe damage to U.S. diplomatic relations?

Six manufacturers received contracts from the Department of Defense (DOD): AstraZeneca, Janssen, Moderna, Novavax, Pfizer and Sanofi. Pfizer developed its COVID-19 vaccine in collaboration with BioNTech, and Sanofi is developing its COVID-19 vaccine candidate in collaboration with GSK. Janssen is part of Johnson & Johnson. (12)

In total 1.7 billion doses of vaccine have been ordered for the U.S. for 331 million citizens in summer 2020, or 5-6 shots per citizen! Such decisions are made "at the highest levels" - being quite aware about the next steps ahead to be accomplished. 1.7 billion vaccine doses have been put on store in 2020, meanwhile the citizens are fooled to believe that after further two weeks everything will go back to "normal" , they only have to wear masks and stay at home to "flatten the curve"? These are quite deliberate used salami tactics to deceive the people.

The EU ordered 4.2 billion mRNA vaccine doses by February 2022 - and negotiations are underway for more doses - for 447 million citizens - that means 9-10 shots per citizen! (14)

Concluding thoughts

Is there anybody still wondering why shortly after the alleged "outbreak in Wuhan" in December 2019, a gigantic worldwide machinery was kicked off in January 2020? No need to further wonder why - the scenario was prepared for at least a decade.

At the push of a button psychological terror measures and daily media panic started with the single purpose to force people into multiple mRNA shots. These gene-altering substances have never been tested on humans - they are the "first-in-human-trials" as Pfizer put it when they launched their first experimental trials on April 23, 2020. And the terror power play on the psyche of people continues unabated to this day.

All mRNA substances injected into humans are still in the experimental phases 1-4, and none of the inoculated gentech lab creations has a regular, approval - as there do not even exist any regulatory set of rules - worldwide - to examine and approve the safety of mRNA-gene altering lab creations to be injected into humans! (26). Such developments and studies need at least 5, usually 10 or more years. Even the different charges of vials do not have identical content, the compositions are not fixed either, and - they are kept secret! None of the producers has given full content diclosure of his products! This is highly suspicious. The EUA resp. "Conditional Approval" makes all that malicious practices possible: Manufacturers do not have to provide any information about their products, their manufacturing practice, about security and other standards etc., and, within the EUA they are allowed to conduct studies in parallel, i.e. they conduct their studies while inoculating billions of people with their experimental gene drugs. "Parallel assignment" is what the experts call it - everything runs in parallel - phase 1, 2, 3, 4 studies, while injecting the world's population as lab rats in large-scale trials with no risk to manufacturers with their experimental injections. Neither the efficacy, nor the safety, nor the tolerability has been proven, however the reports of "adverse effects" speak encyclopedic volumes about their manifold harmful effects. While there is no “Killer Virus”, there is a “Killer Vaccine”. (15)

What makes the situation even far worse is the fact that there are countless reports of people telling that being in contact with vaccinated people affects them heavily as those with the mRNA lab created artificial liquid injected into their blood are spreading/shedding poisonous excretions and make other people sick just by being around them. Nobody knows exactly what is really going on with this, while Biontech/Pfizer explicitly relates to this point in their clinical protocol of Nov. 2020 under point 8.3.5. "Exposure during pregnancy": "Exposure to the study intervention under study during pregnancy or breastfeeding and occupational exposure are reportable to Pfizer Safety within 24 hours of investigator awareness." (37) It seems that vaccinated people are the one who spread poison, but, no study is conducted relating to this very important topic! And, how ridiculous is it to believe, a small virus jumps from Wuhan around the world from person to person in just few weeks, while those with toxic spike protein excretions do not harm their direct neighbours? You know, they spread the same "spike protein" allegedly caused by a corona virus...  

Governments of the world order billions of experimental "vaccine doses" of different compositions without proven safety, efficacy and tolerability - and on top - this happens at the expenses of tax payers money being abused in return as a "lab rat" - a human experiment! To most people this is pretty too much for their brains, it is unconceivable as it is burried under a permanent noise of daily psycho terror from all media outlets in line. The ongoing daily fear mongering needs innumerable lies, censorship and million voices repeating the same messages over and over again to shape the publics uniform opinion, with the single purpose to keep the shaky narrative going and to hide these abysses.

Knowing that the development of this substance class was heavily funded not only during the last decade by the Department of Defense and its research department DARPA, you can assume that these mRNA injections have nothing at all to do with your health. They are conducting human trials with a technology that has never been proven to be successfully used against any disease! If this were the case, the media would have reported it 24/7. Instead, they have to constantly reverberate like a parrot how "safe" the mRNA injections are - knowing that this is a worldwide first-in-human trial! And these mRNA injections cause horrific damages, what is undoubtedly shown by the data and reports available worldwide.

Neither the manufacturer, nor the governments, nor the physicians take any liability when people sign to receive these injections - because the deceived people are part of this experiment, which they have agreed to by signature.

We have to be clear about the fact that the military is responsible for destroying people, destroying infrastructure, destroying the planet - on behalf of those who expect to "profit" from it. We are dealing now with a bioweapon as can be derived from the redaction codes, developed on behalf of the Pentagon, now aimed at humanity as a whole. And all the governments and institutions of the world are the executive branches of this most sinister global agenda of all time.

Psychological warfare

The global scenario includes the deliberate implementation of daily psychological terror and large-scale media campaigns, unison repeating the the same narrative worldwide. It reminds on extensive psychological warfare tactics that were developed by military strategists in the last century attacking the mental and psychic health of every person alive. The panic and disinformation campaigns were launched around the world and did an almost perfect job in brainwashing. These strategies are based on the tactics of "mind control" - methods of psychological and mental control, even though for many people this is not transparent and seems "unbelievable". They were "tricked" and robbed of their natural ability to perceive and judge - through psychological coercion, through simultaneous bombardment with unsubstantiated claims about the dangerousness of a disease, the infection rates, the "safe effectiveness" of the mRNA injection, and in parallel the generation of a variety of fear scenarios through prayer-mill-like repetition of unbased narratives. The threat to one's own ability to exist through the introduction of useless "G-rules" is now part of everyday experience and is an "educational tool" that makes people increasingly desperate - and thus controllable.

As an example of the generation of fear narratives through foggy, insubstantial assertions, let us quote just two sentences from the video conference of the German Chancellor with the heads of government of the German states on Feb. 16, 2022 - the government's forecasts read like "glass-ball gazing": "According to the expert council, unvaccinated and elderly people will probably become increasingly infected and ill again when protective measures are relaxed" or "At the same time, the expert council points out that the spread of the omicron variant BA.2 could lead to a renewed increase in incidences and an extension of the omicron wave" - the number of such foggy crystal ball forecasts in just this publication is horrendous, and nowhere are substantiated references for the prophetic statements given. On the basis of fuzzy coffee-satirizing they justify massive daily restrictions! They never had real arguments in their pockets - otherwise they would have disclosed them - and still do not have substantiated reasons. With this kind of foggy assumptions they build up narratives, which have no basis in reality - intentionally deceiving people about real facts to induce feelings of the fear and panic. This is the single goal of all the scenarios prepared by the media - scaremongering. Further reference should be made to the "panic paper" from the Ministry of the Interior in Germany from March 2020, in which exactly such tactics are described in order to arouse primal fears - such as the fear of suffocation and other unspeakable things, which were intentionally set up to evoke utmost fear in the psyche of people.

It is a sophisticated highly professionally executed psycho-operation on all levels of existence that the globe has witnessed the last two years - orchestrated by those who know that mRNA injections are bioweapons and plan to inject up to 10 doses into the bloodstream of every citizen:

Here's another quote from "Darpa, Miliary behind new Covid Vaccines" (17):

"One of the principal DARPA-incubated vaccine technologies to gain prominence in the Covid-19 era are the nucleic acid (mRNA and DNA) vaccines that turn the human body into its own “bioreactor” (Ghose, 2015; Usdin, 2020). Vaccines using mRNA (such as Moderna’s and Pfizer’s) — which developers compare to “software” (Garde, 2017) and praise for their “programmability” (Al-Wassiti, 2019) — target the cell’s cytoplasm and rely on delivery technologies such as lipid nanoparticles to “ensure stabilization of mRNA under physiological conditions” (Wadhwa et al., 2020). DNA vaccines (such as Inovio’s) are intended to penetrate all the way into a cell’s nucleus and come with the risk of “integration of exogenous DNA into the host genome, which may cause severe mutagenesis and induced new diseases” (Zhang, Maruggi, Shan, & Li, 2019). Describing the scientific community’s early doubts about nucleic acid vaccines — arising from the potential for “many things” to go wrong — a DARPA program manager recently noted, “It was something that was much too risky for groups like the NIH to fund” (Usdin, 2020). " (17)

Humans are injected with classified bioweapons technology and turned into bioreactors on two legs - sponsored by DARPA. Health was definitely never the goal of all these efforts and scare tactics!

What is the true challenge in these days - facing the life killing threats that have been built up in so many ways? "Back to normal" will never happen. The time calls for a deep change of consciousness - the old consciousness, the "old spirit" of separation, war and enslavement - will lead unevitably to the extinction of all life forms - including humans.

Further notes/thoughts/findings (not in the German version of this article):

1. The different charges of vials listed in the DOD contracts with the manufacturers are strong indicators for the fact that the experiment is carried out worldwide on the global population.

2. Pfizer has a very long lasting history working with the DOD in developing and delivering highly toxic poisons for wars. Pfizer operates several high security biolab facilities such as Plum Island, Virgo Plant and Groton Connecticut in the US. (18) Bioweapon technology has long been part of their business. What other bioweapons may have had as a disadvantage in the past, when it were brought out like rain upon every life form, which was not very effective, they eliminated with injecting it into people, the targets. This is - as someone else once put it, the "optimized way" having maximum effect.

3. The council of the EU does not apply its enviromental risk assessment guidelines to the covid-vaccine by issuing an exception on July 14, 2020. This is deeply concerning as the vaccines contain genetically modifying organisms. (19).

The contract between DOD and Pfizer was issued on July 21, 2020. I do not suppose that it is "coincidence" that it was signed one week after the enviromental risk assessment exemption from the EU for the highly toxic substances - it shows how coordinated the whole structures behind are working together.

4. Up to now there are no regulatory standards defined to ensure safety of the gene therapy products like mRNA liquids and to evaluate the quality by any institution on earth. This is quite alarming as you would never take a flight in a plane that never went through safety checks. This is the situation with these mRNA-based substances - supposedly this is the reason why they have to repeat over and over again that the "vaccines are safe and effective", which is a blatant lie. (26)

5. Katalin Karikó has been working for the counterintelligence in Hungary under the cover name „Zsolt Lengyel“ before she emigrated to the US. As she explained, she has been forced to sign a contract in her twenties with the state security. (24, 25). 1985 she emigrated and started working at the University in Pennsylvania researching the mRNA-technology.

6. The editor of the paper (26) is Norbert Pardi. He was a classmate of Katalin Karikó since her early days in elementary school in Hungary - and her colleague at the University of Szeged and later in US Pennsylvania. Both are leading scientists in developing the mRNA-based technologies. He is author and editor of many research papers (often with Karikó and Weissmann), issued patents and is a speaker at several panels and meetings presenting the mRNA-technology. (27)

8. Drew Weissman is the third important scientist behind the mRNA-based technology, also working for the Pennsylvanian University as Karikó and Pardi do. And, according to Wikipedia: "Beginning in 1990, Weissman worked at the National Institutes of Health, starting in 1993 as a senior staff fellow with Anthony Fauci[3] at the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases". (28, 29)

This unholy trio of highly sophisticated Dr. Evils at the Pennsylvania University are the masterminds behind this Frankensteins gene-engineering mRNA technology, and they write history in destroying the world population being fully aware of the harm they are causing to humanity, hoping to get away with impunity.

This offenses against life of all humans became possible due to the policy making in the past 20 years that aimed to set up regulations to maximize the ruling powers of authorities by simultaneously eradicating existing laws to set them free of any responsibilities and install marshal law. Each policy was intalled after socalled "events" which were used to introduce new "Acts". It is legitimate to have the possibility in mind that it may have been also the other way round - they installed the events to justify new "Acts" - after each "attack" a new more authoritarian legislation was shaped and put in place to fit to their agenda using salami tactics to reach their goals step by step.

No matter which stone you turn, one finds always the same creatures, executive organisations and key structures underneath - being worldwide intertwined. Remember that the global 5G network, which has been built up the past two years at high speed during the lockdowns justified with the Coronaterror integrates military grade weapons technologies developed by the military since 100 years, and, the war now against Russia is also a DOD project. It seems that every single piece of the puzzle points at the same direction: Highly coordinated military forces are working together on all levels globally operating strategically stringent, and the center of it seems to be the US Pentagon.
