Donor Program Educator, Inside Sales
Full-time Estimated: $48,000 - $67,000 a year
California Cryobank, Inc.

Summary Serves as an inside sales representative to educate prospective donors on the program and support activities that serve as lead conversion. Role is full-time and 100% remote. Occasional travel opportunities offered, not required, for initial onboard training, donor events and annual team workshop. Estimated <10% travel.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Responsible for early pipeline lead conversion for donor applicants within designated region for California Cryobank and NW Cryobank locations.

Sales outreach to current donors and/or potential donors who applied to our donor program. The outreach is conducted (primarily) via text, but also frequently includes email, phone, Zoom/Teams.
Setting up donation appointments for established donors
Setting up initial application appointments for Potential Donors (PDs)
Sending out reminder messages to increase show rate for initial appointments
Reaching out to PDs who cancelled/no showed an appointment
Hosting informational webinars for PDs
Obtaining donor profiles
Direct follow-up activities will account for 60-75% of the role’s functions at any given time by conducting outreach on of leads daily to ensure they move to the next step as quickly as possible to keep applicants engaged.
Add appointment resolutions from Acuity to NAVision to ensure accurate reporting dashboard.
Work closely with CCB and NWC donors teams in the designated regions: attending team meetings and collaborating on additional lead conversion initiatives for donors.
Answers calls and handle inquiry inbox regarding the sperm donor program (i.e., donor qualification process, triaging questions to the correct department).
Performs daily donor application screening for California Cryobank and NW Cryobank.
Attends events to promote donor program

Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience

1-2 years of previous sales and/or customer service experience, healthcare sector a plus. Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Language Skills

Ability to speak and write English; communicate effectively and professionally with donors.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals and to compute rate, ratio and percent.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to analyze data; interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written or oral form; and solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

Technology Skills

Knowledge of MS Outlook, Zoom, Excel. Ability to learn other technology platforms, such as SMS platforms, that serve as large function within the role.

Other Skills and Abilities

Excellent customer service skills; high level of interpersonal skills to interact with peers and management; strong attention to detail; excellent organizational skills; ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; and ability to maintain confidentiality.
