As men, what foods should we eat that enhance sperm production and are healthy for our sperm?
Foods which are purpoted to increase virility/semen quality/larger ejaculate volume are:
pumpkin seeds (because of the zinc content), and Brazil nuts (because of the selenium content)
sea moss (aka "Irish moss"- a type of seaweed colloquially known as "Viagra of the sea", there are supplements of it and you might be able to find it in the Jamaican/Caribbean secton of your grocery store's ethnic food isle.)
Oysters (long considered an aphrodisiac)
Mushrooms (the are the reproductive organs of fungus and high in minerals linked to such thinks like selenium)
I've also heard black beans being the most passion-inspiring of the beans, humus considered to be a virility-boosting food in the Middle East.
Anecdotally, I think avocados help (and the word "avocado" is actually directly derived into Spanish from the Aztec word for "testicle", though it's probably more because of their shape)
Speaking of the Aztecs, they considered chia seeds to be virility boosting.
I can't remember his name, but some porn star famous for huge loads said his secret was drinking a ton of milk (milk contains some estrogen, so IDK if there's anything to that).
In the book "The Tao of Sexology", the author claims one ejaculation is the equivalent of two steaks, ten eggs, six lemons and two oranges. Eggs are considered to be a semen-booster for sure (the have the highest bioavailability of protein of any typical food and a mineral profile that is able to support nascent life such as semen contains) I've heard that beef consumption gives semen a very powerful, unpleasant flavor (don't ask how I've heard that). Somewhat related, foods that are considered to alter the taste of semen are pineapple (considered to make it taste much sweeter and palatable) while garlic, onions, beef, cruciferous vegetables and spicy food makes it taste more unpleasant (that doesn't neccesarily mean anything for sperm production).
As for supplements, Ashwaganda, B-vitamin complex, Tribulus, zinc supplements and Horny goat weed are all considered virility and semen boosters. The body definitely loses B vitamins and zinc with every ejaculation, and those are said to help recover loses more quickly. Ashwaganda has been demonstrated to boost testosterone (AFAIK Horny Goat Weed and Tribulus are claimed to help, but the definitive research isn't there yet). People also swear by Spirulina (contains all sorts of micronutrients and helps with DNA synthesis). A lot of people swear by Yohimbine for erectile disfunction, improved sex drive (AFAIK it's not completely legal everywhere tho), Maca is also being marketed as an energy and sex drive booster. There have been a few posts here recently about the wonders of pine pollen (which is basically a pine's semen- and pine trees are extremely fertile as you can tell by the yellow layer of dust on your car the morning after you park it under one overnight in the spring) but I'm currently looking into it and can't vouch.
The single biggest thing is eating a healthy diet though. There's some "estrogenic" foods like beans (especially soy - although beans in moderation appears fine), hops (too much beer will make men grow breasts) and hormone treated beef, chicken, dairy. But if you're eating healthy, you'll likely be providing your body with the nutrition to perform at its peak, without neccesarily needing to seek out foods especially known for virility-boosting reputations.
I eat a lot of canned beans now, is this considered bad?
Try eating a friend’s semen, it is the best way to increase your own production.
Do that for a few months and let us know how that goes
If you want to become strong you need to eat semen of other strong people, eating your friends semen won't help. Even semen of strong animals will do.
Better yet eat your own semen from wet dream
Or just directly inject it in your ass.
I wouldn't worry so long as you're eating a healthy diet and exercising, nature does the rest. I'd be more concerned with simply retaining as that will increase sperm production because you're not ejaculating.
Raw cacao, maca, avocado, nuts and seeds, bananas, black beans, lentils. Every day I have a smoothie with some bananas, strawberries, raw cacao and maca. Tastes delicious
