Find your perfect sperm donor through our catalog of the nation’s best sperm donors. Our selection process is rigorous with one 1-2% of all applicants making it into the program.
The first step in becoming a sperm donor consists of filling out our pre-screening application. This is our first step in finding a great donor to enter our program they do this through a series of questions. Once the system accepts their application they are then invited for an initial analysis. The initial analysis consists of a semen analysis as well as pre-screening to help determine if they will be a good fit into the Cryobank America Sperm Donor program. If they pass that then they are invited back for a 2nd visit for additional screening, interview, medical history review and signing of contracts. This step helps the management get to know the donor on a more personal level. If everything checks out then they are invited back for a final screening with our Medical Director. The Medical Director screening the donor starting with a full physical examination. Once determined to be physically cleared the doctor then administers a full blood work up which includes infectious disease testing, non-infectious disease testing, and genetic testing. Finally, the donor is scheduled to meet with a Psychiatrist. This Cryobank America exclusive step was introduced to mentally screening the donor to ensure mental health stability and to go over what it means and the importance of becoming a Cryobank America Sperm Donor.

When we screen donors we do a full psychological review in addition to our extensive screening process we make sure they are genuinely wanting to be a donor for all of the right reasons. Our laboratory staff goes through an extensive 6-month training program. All of them hold a B.S. degree and most have advanced degrees in science. In addition to that, they also undergo bi-annual assessments to ensure the highest level of training possible.
With donor sperm pricing reaching all-time highs we are proud that we have been able to keep the pricing consistent. With the same testing, other sperm banks perform.
We offer the highest motile cell counts in the industry. And while this may reduce the number of vials we have for donors we feel that offering a superior product outweighs the reduction.

As Seattle Sperm Bank is our local option for sperm donor cycles, they have offered free shipping to ORM patients. To browse Seattle Sperm Bank donors, click Browse Sperm Donors and create a log-in. An all-access pass is $50 and includes the donor’s audio interview, Keirsey test, baby photos, and genetic results.
Sperm needs to arrive at ORM on or before your period start date. If expedited shipping is needed this is an additional cost covered by the patient.
You may purchase either vial type although our recommendation would be to purchase IUI prepped vials for those doing IUIs and either for those doing IVF. If you are unsure of the differences between IUI and ICI ask for more information . If you need additional information, please contact your physician.
Navigating the landscape of genetic carrier screening with sperm donors can be difficult since not all donors have been screened the same way. We have a donor bank coordinator and a team of genetic counselors who will review and help you understand carrier screen results for you and/or your sperm donor.
Yes, you may purchase vials from the same donor directly from the sperm bank, to use for a future sibling. If you would like to store your sperm vials on-site at ORM, you must be an established ORM patient receiving treatment and having your IUI done with an ORM provider. To store vials, there is an annual storage fee of $250. Alternatively, you can contact your sperm bank of choice and purchase additional vials to be stored at the sperm bank. If you would like to ship the vials somewhere else, you will be responsible for shipping fees.
It is very important that you report your pregnancy to the sperm bank if you became pregnant with sperm from one of their donors. The bank uses these reports to limit the number of families per donor in a certain area.
You are welcome to purchase sperm from any sperm bank you wish. In addition to Seattle Sperm Bank, many of our patients have also worked with California Cryobank , Fairfax Cryobank , and XYTEX .
