Spelling Bee — bu ingliz tilidagi imlo bellashuvi bo‘lib, ishtirokchilar berilgan inglizcha so‘zni to‘g‘ri harfma-harf aytib berishlari kerak. Tanlov bir necha bosqichda o‘tkaziladi. Har bir ishtirokchi navbatma-navbat so‘z oladi va uni to‘g‘ri talaffuz qilib, har bir harfini ketma-ket aytadi. Agar ishtirokchi xato qilsa, u bellashuvdan chiqadi. G‘olib — eng oxirgi qolgan ishtirokchi bo‘ladi.

Tanlov qanday o‘tkaziladi:

1. Ishtirokchilar sahnaga yoki zalga chaqiriladi.

2. Har bir ishtirokchiga bitta inglizcha so‘z beriladi.

3. Ishtirokchi so‘zni talaffuz qilib, harfma-harf aytadi.

4. To‘g‘ri aytsa — keyingi bosqichga o‘tadi, xato qilsa — chiqib ketadi.

5. Oxirida faqat bitta g‘olib qoladi.
