Acceptance of terms: By accessing or using Sparkle, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree to these terms, you are not permitted to use Sparkle.

Music sources: Sparkle plays music from Spotify using Spotify for Developers. It also allows the user to play music from the indicated source if the user wants to play music from the given URL. Then Sparkle is not responsible for repeating music from an unauthorized source

Prohibited use: You may not use Sparkle for any illegal or malicious purposes, including but not limited to hacking, spamming, or leaking some sensitive informations. You may not use Sparkle to disrupt or interfere with the operation of any Discord server or the services provided by Sparkle.

Intellectual property: Sparkle and all associated intellectual property, including but not limited to the software, code, and artwork, are the property of their respective owners. You may not use any of Sparkle's intellectual property without the express written permission of the owner.

Disclaimer of warranties: Sparkle is provided "as is" without any warranties or representations of any kind. We do not guarantee that Sparkle will be available at all times or that it will be error-free.

Limitation of liability: In no event shall Sparkle or its owners be liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of the service. This includes, but is not limited to, any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
