Not sure if this would be an "authority figure" or not, but while you and your boyfriend are at home you could spank him while he's talking with one of his parents.

I have a lot of info and resources. But really quick, while I have a minute, some tips.
For the authority figure thing, I suggest that you get somebody who actually kinda knows what's going on...it's up to you but it icks me out, personally, to involve people who don't know what's up. Then there is the practical issue that spanking can be LOUD. The accidental "ow!", the heavy breathing...it's not easy to make it subtle! Phone sex people are a good option. Or you can just talk about his fantasy while you're spanking him or whatever.
As for actual spanking, just use your hands for now. There are a lot of implements that are fun but that's money and research and hand-spanking is pretty awesome anyway.
A lot of people spank high and outside, like, approaching the hip. That's not as fun as the area right by where the legs meet.
Think about the area of the butt that's covered by a speedo, that's generally where you want to be. If you go a little low and hit the thighs, it's not a big deal.
