I have this is green, first off this is a very cheap frame and it feels so good and is nice to chuck about.Comes with ISCG mounts but one of mine are bent but its fine because im single speed. I run 24" wheels on mine and society xeno forks and it feels great!

Pro's: Cheap Range of mounts for brakes Easily converted between 24 and 26 inch wheels Paint stays on very well Hard frame that can really take the hits Con's: Mainly it's the weight. I guess the steel is the cause, and it's this choice which has given the frame the fantastic durability. On the trails and downhill, the whole bike feels planted and stable. At lower speeds, and on the bmx / 4x track, the weight really shows. It's not a frame you can easily throw around, and jumping without a large run up becomes a bit of a chore. Overall: One fantastic frame which will never let you down. The weight lets it down, but to go lighter the rivals are all far more expensive.

very solid frame, very nice ride. i have it setup with 26" 1x8 gearing with 150mm rockshox. only con i have is the weight which is what makes it so strong, had to get lighter tires etc to compensate. overall for the price top stuff

its the best. i have had it a while now and i mainly do downhill on it. it takes everything so nice and it also rides well on the jumps. must buy

This is very interesting, because, i myself have been trying to quit for years. I can only remember the one time i quite. that was the time, my dad whooped my butt, for smoking and that was enough for me, mind you i was only 16 then. Over the years i picked the habit back up and i, as well, have tried different methods of trying to quit, but i didn't last past 7 days. i myself had the same thought " Maybe, if i got Punished for smoking or the fear of, i might just stop". well, it was just a thought, because i dont have that type of father figure or anyone i would give the authority over me, to do so. But i was thinking " that might work".
i'm 38 and still i smoke. you would think that with the prices of these damn things skyrocketing, i would, or the fact the my love ones and other people dying, because of these things, i would stop. But, NOOOOO, not me!!!

I don't know, maybe im just thinking outside the box.

I know this may seem like a strange, or a little off the wall approach, but it worked for me, and may work for others who have tried other methods and failed. A few years back, I desperately wanted to quite smoking and tried various methods: books, gizmos, the patch. All seem to accomplish the same thing. I would quit, and even think "this was it!", and I would never smoke again, but would always end up having "just one" after a month or so. One day I remember thinking to myself: What stopped me from smoking when I was younger? Having started smoking when I was 20, tracing back my footsteps to when I didn't smoke seemed like the answer, and it was!
When I was younger and living at home and had the urge to try smoking, the one thing that had always stopped me was the fear my parants would find out...and also the fear of a belt across my backside! They were very clear about their views on smoking. And although they had stopped spanking us when we were 10-11, our parents wouldn't hesitate to dust off the strap if a situation like smoking, or stealing came up.
I can remember a time when my sister, who was 16 at the time, was caught smoking at the mall by my mother. Talk about being scared straight! Hearing the sounds of the strap striking my sisters bare fanny over and over again was enough to keep me from smoking. At least until I grew up and was living on my own.
The problem of course, as many will agree, is that you can only control, or try to control your children while they are living under your roof. While I was living on my own it was only a matter of time before I became lazy...no one to tell me to clean up my room, or pick up my clothes, and then when I was around 20 I started smoking. Not much at first. Usually 1 or 2 if I went to a bar with my friends, but the habit kept growing.
Later on in life my habit had grown to a pack or so a day, and I desperately wanted to quit. For some reason I thought it would be easy, and did manage to quit for months at a time. However, sooner or later I would have "just one", and start the ball rolling again.
Thats when I went to my husband for help. I told him the only way I would ever quit, and quit for good was if I had the fear of being punished if I was ever caught smoking again. At first my idea didn't go over very well, as he thought my plan was cruel and unusual punishment. But after trying to quit again, and falling miseribly and even quicker than before, he agreed, and the plan was put in motion. I was given 2 weeks to finish smoking in whatever way I wanted. I chose to cut back each day, and by the end of the 2 weeks I was down to only 3-4 a day. After this time period, the rest of the plan was very simple. If I smoked again, I would be spanked over his knee, on my bare behind, with an old leather belt! And were not talking about a playful birthday spanking here, but like a birthday spanking I would recieve one stroke for each
