* You are proficient in Scheduling, Plumbing, Pest control, Landscaping, Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC).

Responsibilities and more:
We are looking for a bilingual Customer Service & Dispatch Virtual Assistant to support a growing field-service business. If you have dispatch or customer service experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you!
What You Will Do:
- Answer customer calls and schedule service appointments.
- Dispatch technicians and coordinate daily schedules.
- Communicate with customers about appointments and updates.
- Maintain accurate records and support daily operations.
What We Are Looking For:
- Native/Fluent Spanish and excellent English.
- Strong phone and customer service skills.
- Dispatch or scheduling experience.
- Experience in Pest Control, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Landscaping, or similar field-service industries.
- Organized, proactive, and able to work EST hours.
