It is an opportunity to publish research and development results, together with good practices and recommendations for standardization. Submitted manuscripts should not have been published previously and should not be currently under consideration for publishing elsewhere. They should be prepared in accordance with the Instructions for Authors, published on the journal site. Purpose of researches was approbation of the high-resolution rhythmocardiography RCG at cardiological clinical arrhythmology. Presented here some results of the cardiac rhythm breaches registration and analyses of heart rate variability wave structures in patients with different diseases. Also here are descriptions for every example. These examples testimonied next results. RCG is informative method and register a number forms of cardioarrhythmias, and also it register an autonomic background of the rhythm breache, connection arrhythmias with autonomic system, hemodynamic influence of the every arrhythmic episode. Predictor of the arrhythmias is reduction of the autonomic regulation and absent of it. RCG is very impotent method for the cardiological arrhythmology. This technique will also be useful for definition of degree of a dysplasia of scull in total with therapeutic inspections. The article shows algorithmic and technical issues for the development of an inertial system for estimation of human motion parameters. These type of systems are widely used in medicine for the diagnosis of diseases of the human musculoskeletal system, as well as for monitoring human motor activity during rehabilitation. Considerable attention is paid to the issues of increasing the sustainability of the orientation assessment from the action of external disturbing factors. The paper proposes an original channel separation method for attitude and heading reference system. An important component of the technical complex is the equipment that makes it possible experimentally verify the correctness of the proposed algorithms. For this purpose, a reference stand-simulator of the upper limb has been developed. Study presents stand-simulator kinematics and discusses elements which allow its realization. The described technical complex allows to carry out all the necessary preparations and works to create and verify the correctness of the inertial system for estimation of human motion parameters. A method for registration a two-dimensional image of a photographic control object with a large range of brightness had been proposed. The method allows to form an HDR image from a series of LDR images obtained as a result of exposure bracketing or bracketing the sensitivity of an optical receiver. Patterning of digital HDR image is based on the calculation and recording of actual values of brightness of the object photographed portions corresponding to each pixel in the image. The calculation of the real brightness of the portion of the photographing object is carried out as a result of averaging the data obtained from a series of LDR images. When averaging the data in the most informative elements of each image are taken with a maximum weighting factor that determines the high quality of the resulting image of the photographic control object. The problem of approximation of measured data often arises in technical diagnostics. But there is no universal method that can approximate signals of any physical nature. For example, the least squares method badly approximates oscillatory processes. For technical diagnostics, the universality of the method is very important. Therefore, in this paper, the least squares method has been improved. It is proposed to divide the signal into separate segments for approximation of oscillatory processes by this method as well as conduct preliminary interpolation for a better dividing of the signal into segments and the possibility of using fast processing algorithms. The purpose of this paper has been to study the influence of the choice of time interval for analysis of the eddy current transducer signal in a pulsed mode on the signal decrement error. A method for minimizing the transducer signal decrement error was developed and presented. It included nonlinear regression analysis for estimating the signal amplitude characteristic. The confidence intervals of the transducer signal amplitude characteristics were obtained and analyzed. The obtained results of model experiments which are given in the paper confirmed the effectiveness of using the proposed method to improve the accuracy of determining the signal decrement. In this paper, the physical principle underlying modern ultrasonic flaw detectors is considered. It is proposed a more effective algorithm for acoustic oscillation excitation. The phenomenon of electric damping was studied, a mathematical model of its realization was suggested and an experiment was conducted to confirm the above theory. The proposed way of modernizing the flaw detectors will increase the informative testing and reduce the dimensions of the device. This solution creates an opportunity to automate the system of data extraction and processing. The possibilities of thermal aerial photography for detecting different types of defects on pipelines in a functioning state are explored. The characteristics and capabilities of the proposed set of devices for monitoring thermal losses in pipelines based on quadrocopters are considered. The created hardware-software complex for diagnosing the state of trunk pipelines of heat networks based on the UAV is considered. The obtained experimental results, confirming the possibility of differences in the technical condition of pipelines. The need for constant monitoring of our environment require the invention of multi-sensors devices that are able to provide changes of parameters of our environment and to make this information available on the Internet. In this work we present a multi-sensory device that gives information about the temperature and humidity, illumination and electromagnetic radiation, vibration, air pressure changes, air contamination with CO, CO2 gases and fine particulate matter in a residential area. Information provided by this device is processed by single-chip microcontroller with ultra-low power consumption. The obtained information is transmitted through the Internet intermediary device middleware , which is in direct connection with a standard internet router. Transferred information is stored in a database on a server and visualize through Web based system that allows to monitor the measured parameters from anywhere in the world through a standard internet browser. This material analyzes what has been achieved and proposed implementation of mechanism for academic education of NDT engineers. The paper contains the analysis of the experience of NDT formal education organizing in Ukraine. In particular, differences in educational syllabuses development at educational institutions and training syllabuses development at training centers is analyzed. The paper provides recommendations on the harmonization of NDT educational and training syllabuses. This paper presents a general model of management accreditation in Bulgaria, as well as its practical implementation in the form of two-stage and one-stage models. The advantages of each of these models are given. On this basis, the authors propose their point of view for improving existing models. The paper is analysing the role of leading people and institutions in Bulgaria for development of methods and techniques for experimental testing of building and bridge structures and corresponding application of NDT methods in civil engineering. Special attention is paid to latest developments and contributions and to establishing of systems for structural quality control with corresponding opportunities for NDT applications. Critical analysis of factors governing the development and application in Bulgaria of NDT techniques and methods during last centuries and corresponding conclusions regarding the condition and perspectives for future development of such techniques are offered. These instructions have been prepared to assist authors in the preparation of papers for reproduction in Journal NDT Days. Pipes of wear-resistant steels are produced by centrifugal metal cast method. Structural investigation of the steels is carried out. It is established that radial laying macrostructure and formed microstructure guarantees high operating live-time of the products. It is proved that heat and thermo mechanical treatments additionally improve on the hardness, the wear-resistant and the resistant to chemical aggressive mediums. Optimum regimes for heat and thermo mechanical treatments ionic nitriding of the investigated alloys guaranteed reliable work in the operating conditions are defined. The structure, thermal stability and dynamic viscosity of the CuZrV amorphous alloy around Tg were studied. This kind of amorphous alloys are potential amorphous-crystalline composites with the lowered glass forming ability and increased ability for the nano-crystallization. The structure and thermal properties of amorphous alloys were determined. To determine the dynamic viscosity the mechanical properties and GFA were studied in an amorphous state of the material in the form of ribbons using multiplied tensile tests experiments. The results of the experimental viscosity were interpreted on the base of the free volume model FVM. The obtained values of the parameters were used to estimate glass forming ability GFA in terms of the Angell parameter mA and characteristic temperatures measured by DSC as well as to determine dynamic viscosity and flow defect concentration. The preparation of amorphous and microcrystalline Zr65Ni10Cu X-ray diffraction analyses XRD was applied to investigate the phase composition. The corrosion resistances of the coatings were studied by evaluation of the weight loss in NaCl medium. According to XRD the ZrO2 coatings treated at oC and oC crystalized in cubic phase, while the Zr-Ti composites are amorphous after treatment at these temperatures. The composite coatings deposited on stainless steel have zero weight loss in corrosive medium, while ZrO2 coatings exhibited lower corrosion resistance. This could be explained by the amorphous structure of the composites, which deteriorates the ion and electron conduction of the films due to the absence of grain boundaries. In the present work, ceramic titanium phases with high dielectric permeability were synthesized. The synthesis is carried out by a sol-gel method. Particular attention has been paid to magnetron deposition as it allows the deposition of metals, alloys, ceramic on a wide range of substrate materials.
