About Soraix

Soraix is determined to radically change traditional stock exchanges by tokenizing asset exchanges through blockchain technology. By doing that, we aim to shift public perceptions about digital assets in a positive direction, resulting in broader adaptation and stability in the industry. Soraix will provide significant benefits for traditional investors (retail traders, the general public) and businesses of all sizes. Traditional users will benefit from our first revenue-sharing model, which allows them to trade their SRX Tokens against Equity Tokens with a higher valuation (and if they want to, immediately sell Equity Tokens purchased for paper currency, securing all profits on trading ). Corporate clients, will have the ability to raise funds, by issuing Equity Tokens on our platform. Earnings for Soraix

• Our revenue model is based on competitive spreads between buy and sell positions, to provide users with transparency and ease of use. The spread between the buying and selling prices of an asset, will include our commission, which will vary depending on the asset (ranging between 0.01% and 0.3%).

• Soraix will actively choose stable and preferred digital equity to be offered on our platform. Companies that want to increase capital by offering their Equity Tokens on our platform (ETO) will be

able to do so at a nominal fee (far less than the costs associated with an IPO).

• In addition to ETO fees, companies that wish to register their tokens on our platform, will be required (as is standard in the IPO) to transfer ownership of a small portion of their Equity Tokens to Soraix. Soraix will then offer this token to our users, available for purchase with a benchmark against our SRX token, regardless of the current level of equity token at issue, or the SRX token itself. This will ensure increased demand for SRX tokens as undervalued assets that

can be used to exchange at a 1: 1 benchmark against higher value assets (company equity tokens traded on our platform).

• We will apply fees for leveraged trades in a 24 hour rotating period.

• Currency Exchange adjustment fees will be applied according to industry standards for deposits / withdrawals in various currencies. Users who hold accounts and operate fully in one currency, will not be charged such a fee.

SRX tokens can be used to buy Equity tokens with a value of 1: 1 – allows traders to trade tokens with lower values that make sense for one of the higher values.

The Equity Token can be seen as a digital version of the issuing company’s shares where each equity token is put into one issuing company stock.
