A 15-Year-Old Boy Has Been Detained For Raping His Own Mother At Their Home In Cheras
A 15-year-old allegedly raped his mother who was under the influence of alcohol at their home in Taman OUG, Cheras early today.
On Wednesday (20 August), The 44-Year-Old Mother Who Is A Waitress At An Entertainment Outlet Returned Home Drunk At 2am
City CID deputy chief Asst Comm Khairi Ahrasa said the incident allegedly occurred when the 44-year-old mother, who works as a waitress in an entertainment outlet, returned home intoxicated at about 2am Wednesday.
She Said She Went Into Her Son's Room By Mistake And Fell Asleep
“The woman claimed that she went into the son’s bedroom by mistake and slept in the room for several hours.
When She Woke Up, She Was Horrified To See Her Son Naked On Top Of Her
“When she woke up, she saw her son naked on top of her,” he told reporters at the City police headquarters. She then pushed him away and hit him.
A Neighbour Advised Her To Lodge A Police Report
Upon complaining about the incident to a neighbour, she was then advised to report the incident to the police.
Initial Investigations Revealed That The Son Was Watching Pornographic Materials On His Phone Before The Incident Happened
He added that initial investigations revealed that the teenager was watching pornographic materials on his handphone before the incident.
His Sister Was Also At Home At The Time Of Incident
It is learned that the woman’s daughter was also at home at the time of the incident.
The Boy Has Been Arrested And Sent To Undergo Psychological Evaluation
ACP Khairi said the teenager was arrested after the incident while the victim has been referred to University Kebangsaan Malaysia Hospital.
He said the teenager has been sent to the Kuala Lumpur General Hospital to undergo psychological evaluation. “The teenager has been placed under police custody and we will seek a remand order.”
"Police arrested the suspect for questioning and the case has been referred to medical team from the Hospital Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia," he said.
Police Are Investigating The Case For Incest
The case was being investigated under Section 376A of the Penal Code for incest. Under Section 376A, a person is said to have committed incest if he has sexual intercourse with another person whose relationship to him is such that he is not permitted to marry her under the law, religion or custom.
