Our stay at Solo Sokos palace was great and we’ll definitely be back. If you are planing to use their pool/spa, do it very early in the morning from 6:30 am to about noon. Their pool is overcrowded in the evenings by the non-hotel guests, which we thought was not safe during the pandemic. That was the only drawback.

We stayed at Solo Sokos on our first day visiting St. Petersburg. We liked it so much, so that after transferring to Hermitage, Corinthia, and Radisson, we decided to go back for another two days at Solo Sokos. What amazed us on the day of arrival is that our room was ready and they checked us in 3 hours early without any questions asked. The rooms were clean and fully equipped with everything you need. The staff was cordial. We highly recommend to check out their pool and spa services.
