Custom solo costumes are designed specifically for you and built to your measurements. With a background in theatrical costuming, we specialize in fitting adult and curvy figures but welcome dancers of all ages and sizes! You are welcome to be involved in the design process as much or little as you like. Whether it be a cutting-edge modern design, full traditional knotwork, or something a little different, we strive to create a garment that is uniquely you. Most information here is related to dresses, but we are happy to take orders for vests, jackets, bodices, and more from dancers of all genders!
Costume prices can vary greatly from a very basic design for a small dancer to all-over complex embroidery for a teen or adult. We offer rhinestoning service for costumes we build, as well as free color advice for those wishing to embellish at home.
We have been creating custom Irish dancewear since 2014, formerly under the name Guna Rince.
We have the most availability between November and April, but please email us for pricing information and availability, and check out the gallery below.
We do not take orders for team or school costumes.

Select your favourite design, choose your colours to make it unique and pick a sleeve type and collar. Up the bling factor a little or a lot with Swarovski crystals! Aspire costumes are fully-lined and are created by using the latest fabric printing technology to print on traditional gabardine, so they look, feel and move like an Irish dancing costume should.
Buying an Irish dancing costume shouldn't be difficult! We've developed a simple approach with a Surefit fitting process to make sure you get what you want, without the stress:
The lead time for Aspire Solo costumes is 6 to 8 weeks. NB: If you're not sure how to take some or all of the measurements, don't worry – just enter zeroes for the measurements you're unsure about and we'll be in touch to help you out!
