These vitamins would have been great if they had not contained Titanium dioxyde. Titanium dioxyde is a Food colorant which has been banned from France in 2020. Can’t be good... This colorant is totally unnecessary and killing the purpose of these vitamins. Too bad.
Purchased this item because the description and the photo showed that this item was kosher under the supervision of the kof-K. Received this item and the label no longer has a kosher certification on it and I spoke to the company and this item is no longer certified kosher.
I like this multiple in a highly unscientific way. I trust Solgar and I like the reassurance of taking a supplement specifically for women. But be warned, the pill size is VERY large. I have never seen a larger pill and though I can swallow them with no difficulty, if you find swallowing pills difficult, this is not the supplement for you.
The best vitamins ever! I used to get sick a lot (with colds) while using other brands. I figured I would splurge once and give these a try and see if it makes any difference. I didn't expect much because I tend to be cynical when it comes to these things. To my very pleasant surprise these vitamins made a huge difference. On the off chance it's a placebo effect, well, it's been 4 years and counting. I don't think placebos work for that long! Either way, I will keep taking these vitamins. They are worth the extra expense. PS - You are supposed to take 3 of these a day. I take 2.
I’ve purchased from Solgar before and will continue to. One of the products I routinely use is Magnesium Citrate. The are noticeably more effective than other brands, even slightly higher dosage. I really like the ingredients in the female multivitamin. However, they huge, i’ve never seen a larger pull than these. What’s worse for me is the smell, I keep trying to like them, in hopes i’ll get use to the smell, I just can’t. The smell alone triggers a strong gage reflex, it’s so so so strong, sulfur like.
I have used this product for several years. It is quite complete and easy to assimilate. Some vitamins I’ve taken sort of sit in my stomach and there is a vitamin taste that comes up. However, not with this product. I eat pretty healthy, so usually take 2 per day instead of 4. I also take a bit of extra calcium. May I suggest always taking vitamin / mineral supplements with food - it is very important to do this as taken on an empty stomach or with inadequate food in the diet can cause toxicity. This my doctor’s recommendation and also from my experience. I highly recommend this product.
I would rate it a 5 but the smell of the vitamins are a bit strong... so 4 it is. They are rather large (bigger than most calcium pills) but I can get past that. Since I've started taking these vitamins, I've felt great and truly believe they've impacted my health positively and would recommend them!
I was introduced to these by a health shop owner in the UK. I walked into her shop one day asking for something to control my mood swings that I seem to know get having hit 40. She immediately offed this product to try. Every customer she knew that took them gave her glowing reports. I know live in the USA and won't even look at another brand. I know when I haven't taken them because I have less patience and I'm less sunny to be around!

Worth the purchase!
I read a lot of the reviews on Amazon before purchasing this supplement and the most common complaint was the size and smell. Which, upon first opening the bottle, I could understand. However, despite my usual dislike of swallowing such large pills (let alone three of them daily!), I soon adjusted and now don't even think of it. Along with the size, you also soon get used to the fluorescent urine. I can't say that I've necessarily felt more energised, however, I do feel at least that I'm getting all the vitamins and minerals I need, my system's been running smoothly and I've noticed I've ceased my overeating and that my appetite has leveled. I reordered these and would recommend!

I wish it was one a day rather than three
Because it makes me feel like I am taking medicine and I often forget to take three every day. I had a blood test prior to taking this product and after three months had another and even my doctor was impressed. I have to take supplements because of my anaemia which diet alone cannot address so I know it works and works well. But I would be happier if they weren't so big and was one a day rather than three.

Brilliant but very big!
These are fantastic vitamins, have everything in them I wanted as a vegetarian (bar potassium), however they may be far to big for many people. Very chunky and larger than capsules (think two capsules together). Have a unique smell. But I do feel the benefit of taking a good multi vitamin. Loads of the needed B vitamins & fab for us vegetarians/vegans or people who want to avoid wheat/soya/artificial stuff.
Felt the difference after a few days of use. Reduce tiredness. I even stopped having headaches. Yes, they look giant in comparison with any other supplements, but I didn't find them impossible to swallow. Yes, they have a very strong smell which is not amazing, but why does it matter if you buy them to feel better? Five stars. Will buy again. One important thing - do not take them without food. I did once and had nausea for next few hours. It won't happen if you follow the instructions.

Beware they are gigantic.
As someone who can down a handful of pills and have no issue I just have to say these are ENORMOUS. I'm not kidding I've nearly choked to death twice and they came maybe a week or two ago. Obviously I'm going to stick with it because I didn't come here to waste money but my god it's easily the worst part of my day taking these. Also the purple covering makes it impossible to mash them up and mix them with juice because that doesn't crush well and then wants to come and choke you too. Apart from that they're great. Edited to add they taste disgusting.
