These vitamins are great! The fact that they combine the needed vitamins and minerals with holistic herbs makes them super good. However, they do stink, are huge pills to swallow, you have to take (3) to make 1 serving for the day and there is a California cancer warning on them.
I bought these and they came quickly and intact. I'm vegan so I love that Solgar offers vegan friendly vitamin options. I give this 4 stars because the Solgar brand is good and it arrived quickly. However I do not like some of the crazy daily percentages on some of the vitamins and minerals. I have great nutrition, eating a varied diet. I get blood work done at the doctor once a year and am in perfect health. The reason I take a daily multi vitamin is for "insurance". Even someone not eating well doesn't need 4000% of the daily amount of a vitamin/mineral. With that said, I will continue to buy these, at least until I find a multi that I think is more balanced. Because of the percentages mentioned above I only take these a couple times a week, versus everyday.
Hello to all, just thought I'd add a review for people like myself who got more than what was expected. First off I purchased these vitamins because I'm in my early early 30's (notice the early 2×) and I DO NOT eat meat and need something to supplement when I slack on nutritional meals. Second these pills are extra-large!! I mean they are really hard to swallow. The manufacturer has to have something equivalent and not so huge, they are literally the size of 800 mg ibuprofen. Lastly, the smell is awful. I know they're vitamins, the robust smell is enough to make you gag or even vomit. I tried blending the bottle in with my other medicines in the medicine cabinet and right away these vitamins powerful smell overpowered and leak through the cracks of the cabinet! I decided to put febreeze air freshener in there to irradicate the smell, and it worked. Even putting it in your mouth the smell permeates.
bottled came perfectly packaged!! Seal in contact! When the pills were opened they had that pill smell which is how these pills are actually supposed to smell so I knew rigth there they were legit!!
Has the highest & most diversified amount of vitamins, minerals & combined nutrients than any other Womens Multi.
I couldn't figure out what that funky taste was, especially since I brushed my teeth just half an hour earlier. The taste lasted into the night. My Solgar Multivitamin. I'm not usually picky about my vitamins and supplements, but now when I buy multivitamins, I add "Not Solgar."
Overall I don't mind the product, just disappointed I missed an ingredient.
I purchased this for my mom she likes it she still uses it till this day

Soy deportista y estoy acostumbres a suplementacion y vitaminas esenciales, con este complejo hago mucho pis, el color es amarillo casi verde flúor, he dejado de tomarlas y he estado varios días y continuó, me dan dolor de barriga , gases y reflujo, he mirado las dosis diarias y son correctas, es posible que sea el pigmento que recubre la pastilla
Llevo 3 años tomando este multivitaminico y no lo cambio por nada, eso si, cuando se me termina le doy un descanso al cuerpo de 1 mes para comenzar el bote nuevo, me ayuda a tener más energía y cuando estoy en mis días me alivia mucho el dolor, ya he probado la diferencia cuando dejo de tomarlo y se nota bastante. Siempre lo compraré.

Siento muchas ganas de hacer pis
Desde que las tomo siento muchas ganas de ir hacer pis y lo hago muy amarillo, como casi Verdoso / fluorescente. A alguien más le pasa? Es normal?
Buena calidad precio y de los sumplementos más completos que he comprado en toda mi vida, y llevo muchos años tomando complementos como mujer y como vegana, me siento muy bien y lo tomo a diario.

I haven't even had these a month. So, not sure how well they will work. However, I can speak to the reviews concerning smell, taste and ease of swallowing. In short, I don't have a problem with any of those issues. I do keep them in the refrigerator as someone suggested. Yes, the smell isn't pleasant. But, it isn't nasty or revolting in any way. The taste isn't anything revolting either. I wouldn't want to suck on it. But, they aren't on my tongue long enough for it to be an issue. I also have no issuing swallowing these. They are, maybe, on the larger side of pills. But, I can take two at a time with some other supplements. Without any issue. Obviously, if you have an issue swallowing pills. Then it might be more difficult for you. But, I have not had any problem. Will continue to take and see if I notice any difference in my health and hormone levels.
