The Opportunity
This is not your typical "coffee-running" internship. You will be stepping directly into a Founder-led startup environment where you will have full creative ownership of our social media channels.
While this is a non-paid learning internship upfront, it features an aggressive, high-earning commission structure. For every client, founder, or investor that onboard onto our premium services or business setup packages through your marketing efforts, you receive a direct percentage of the revenue. Outstanding performers will be fast-tracked straight into a permanent, full-time paid position with our company. Top performers will be fast-tracked for a permanent, full-time position with the opportunity to work from our corporate office in Madinah, KSA—including complete relocation support to help you smoothly transition to the Kingdom.
Key Responsibilities
As our Social Media Marketing Manager Intern, you will live and breathe content creation, community engagement, and brand building:
* Content Strategy & Creation: Design, write, and schedule high-impact, modern, and clean visual content (graphics, LinkedIn carousels, and short-form video) that explains the value of FoundersMadinah.
* Platform Management: Own and scale our brand presence across key networks, with a heavy emphasis on LinkedIn, followed by Instagram and Twitter/X.
* Audience Engagement: Actively interact with founders, entrepreneurs, and international investors in comment sections, building relationships and establishing FoundersMadinah as a thought leader.
* Lead Generation & Growth: Use creative organic marketing strategies to drive traffic to our platform, landing pages, and application funnels.
* Analytics Tracking: Monitor post performance, engagement rates, and sign-up metrics to constantly refine what resonates with our audience.
