We're looking for a Web3 Social Media Manager who genuinely understands crypto culture and knows how to create content that people want to read, share, and talk about.
What You'll Do:
* Manage social media accounts for crypto and Web3 clients across X, LinkedIn, and more.
* Build content calendars and social strategies tailored to each client.
* Write engaging short-form posts, long-form threads, POV pieces, and founder-led content.
* Turn complex crypto topics into clear, interesting, and shareable stories.
* Stay on top of narratives, trends, memes, and conversations happening across the industry.
* Collaborate closely with PR, design, and content teams to execute campaigns.
* Analyze performance and continuously improve content based on engagement and growth.
Ideal Candidate:
* 3+ years of experience managing social media for crypto or Web3 brands.
* Deep understanding of crypto culture, X/Twitter, online communities, and market narratives.
* Exceptional writing skills with a strong personal voice.
* Experience writing: Long-form X threads, POV and opinion pieces, Founder-led content, Educational and narrative-driven posts
* Someone who can create original ideas and perspectives, not just summarize the news.
* Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
