It doesn't appeal to me at all. I love giving oral and have no qualms whatsoever about female bodily fluids, I just don't revel in the idea of deliberately ingesting my own. I wouldn't call it gross, it's just not for me. If some men enjoy it then good for them but I'm just not one of them. I'm not going to feel guilty about that either as I don't believe women should ever feel obliged to swallow as part of oral if they don't want to. There is a balance to be struck. Healthy sex does require trying new things and being adventurous but if somebody is just not into a particular activity they should never be coerced or pressured into it.
Things like this (e.g. snowballing, swallowing, ATM etc) where there is no direct physical stimulus, purely psychological, are fine if both parties are fully up for it and get a kick out of it. Then it's perfectly healthy. When it is something that one party gets a kick out of because they are dominating the other person into doing something they are not keen on then it is not healthy.
