The next card will only become available after you got the previous one to 5-star, which means winning the tournament 5 times, and invest your resources to seduce the cards at the right time. Initially, I assume since it is run each round that Firefly is number 1. It does an extra 40% damage at 5* and on top of that it returns that extra damage to friendly cards by healing them.... But it is hard for me to choose between Shieldbreaker and Flute of Charm as to which of these two are better.
