1. Introduction

SmartLine BD operates as a secure device controller application. We value the confidentiality of our users and believe you have the absolute right to know exactly what elements of your workflow are collected or processed. This Policy is published to fully comply with Google Play Developer Distribution agreements and local cyber-security mandates.

2. Information Collection & Sharing

This application collects only the minimum necessary information to execute smart automation routines:

- Profile Authentication: Setting up a login requires providing an active Phone Number and your Full Name. This ensures synchronization profiles inside our cloud ledger stay unique and isolated.

- Device State Indices: We store state parameters of your smart lines (e.g., water pump active state, countdown timers duration remaining, fan control state values) securely in dynamic parameters to coordinate multi-client updates.

- Cloud Sync Configuration: Storing custom remote database URLs, database directory structures, and web API keys occurs entirely locally inside your client SharedPreferences unless uploaded using custom database sync. This ensures we never access nor store your database passwords or credentials on intermediate servers.

We do not share, rent, leak, or sell any profile records, phone numbers, or hardware parameters with third-party advertisers or business data brokers.

3. Permissions Used by This App

SmartLine BD requires the following standard Android permissions to function successfully. No dangerous or sensitive user permissions are requested:

- INTERNET: Required to establish cloud connections, synchronize device states in real-time, and verification links.

- ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Required to check if the device is currently online so that local offline modes or alerts can be deployed gracefully.

- Local Biometrics (Optional): Fingerprint or face lock is processed completely locally at the platform level (through the Android Keystore system). We never store, read, or upload your raw biometric templates.

4. Security & Local Storage

All communications with remote cloud endpoints are structured using standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL/HTTPS) handshakes. We highly recommend users write appropriate Firebase security rules to restrict unauthorized read/write tokens outside their personalized UID paths.

5. Reward System & Cookie Assets

This application integrates harmless, sandbox-safe video simulation spaces to award coins (supporting the ad-supported premium feature unlock). No tracking identifiers, secret emails, device MAC addresses, or location tracking logs are pulled or deployed during these sessions.

6. Right to Permanent Data Deletion

You have absolute authority over your credentials. You can instantly log out from the Active Sessions tab to destroy cached configurations on your phone.
