๐ Smart TESTS Summer School ๐
EducationUzbekistan faces a crucial issue: a lack of qualified workers and the absence of universal standards to assess various professions. How can we ensure that professionals, from doctors and teachers to construction workers, maintain their competencies over decades? How can we accurately gauge a student's progress when grades aren't always a reliable indicator of success?
The core problem is the lack of standards and methods to measure proficiency across different professions. We need SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) tests to effectively assess and ensure that workers meet the demands of their roles over time. This deficiency impacts multiple sectors, affecting the overall quality and progress of our society.
