I cant really answer why you get so wet as i dont know but i will research it and let you know if i find an answer.
I read your other post about labiaplasty and unless the NHS creates in Scotland than down south i think you struggle to get refered as most primary care trusts and cutting the or and saying its not a necessary operation but good luck anyway.
